We're a small-scale vehicle dealer in Kenya. We had a couple of alternatives in mind and decided to choose the right one. Then we decided to give a chance to Auction House Japan. We successfully picked up all the vehicles in Kenya on time. We must admit that our encounter with AHJ was great.

AHJ IS A SCAM COMPANY SENT MONEY IN JULY 2020 DEPOSIT FOR MERC C200 NEW SHAPE THEY COULDNT GET THE CAR NOW NO REFUND OR NO ANY OTHER CAR SHIPPED SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT SEND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL SUFFER.
I AM STILL WAITING IN NOVEMBER AND NO NEWS FROM THEM JUST LIES. EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND THE AURIS WHICH YOU KEEP PROMISING TO SEND SHOW SOME PROOF OF SHIPMENT LIKE BILL OF LADING. CON COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

4. AHJ Customer Service - Cant escalate your issue to higher Management. (THEY SEEM SCARED for some apparent reason)
5. Cant get in touch with higher management - (FINANCE DEPARTMENT)
6. They seem to be PAKISTANIS - WITH COVER UP ENGLISH WESTERN ASIAN NAMES.
7. They are THIEVES, CROOKS,FRAUDSTERS & SCAMMERS.
8. "ACCOUNT MANAGER" ALAN D'SILVA - Apparent Name, Will Sweet talk to you convince you about your refund, will promise and promise you for weeks months and over a year in my case.

The real names of the owners of this company is Hamza Rafique and Muhammad Riaz, after scams with AHJ they claimed to open another company . It’s been a year and they still have not issued a refund of 14,800. I have written the entire Caribbean, Japan and US. They are Pakistani nationals living in the US scamming persons from around the world. They have been reported on every consumer protection site.

This company is a scam sells you what they dont have the ladies will convince you for auction then for deposit once.you give the deposit its story after story,be careful with a lady by name of Jennifer,Sareen mary and others ........be warned

I'm very disappointed with this company.
I doubt if it's a genuine company.
I bought a car in August 2020 but up to date I've not received the car.
The invoice that came to me was for $1700. We agreed this amount and payment was made in full.
Later, I was told that the car was sold to someone else.
The agent by the name of David Anderson promised me another car with similar conditions and price of the previous car.
To my surprise, he told me that there was an extra cost to be paid by me.
I did not agree with his claim considering that this second car was a replacement of the previous car.
up until now, I have not received the car.
This time, another agent has been allocated to me to continue the same lies. He told me that my first agent has been fired.
I have tried to contact some managers for the company but none is showing interest. It seems they have similar bad mindset of stealing money from people.
I regret for my choice to buy a car from this company so called Auction House Japan.

This company is a fake please don't ever pay anything to them I got a Toyota allion 2012 they sent me a 2007 car,when paying for the allion i payed for two cars but only one wrong car was sent.now ken smith is saying that I pay more money if I want documents for the other car which I already payed in full please don't ever send yo money to them

The only reason I put a star is because you need to click on at least a star to be able to write a review...AHJ IS A CON COMPANY...They are a bunch of thieves...My husband and I sent monies to purchase a water truck early this year...The agent we were communicating with was fired...Another agent was allocated to us....Then he too was fired..We worked with at least 4 agents from the company.....Nothing has been done....The truck we ordered and transmitted monies for was never sent....Shipment arrangements turned out to be all lies.......We demanded our refund....They did not refund any single cent of the money we paid to them...They are full of excuses and lies....They stole our money....THEY ARE A CON COMPANY....Do not send any money to this company...You will regret it.....

Auction House Japan is not a genuine and reputable company to do transactions with.They are the worst.I got calls everyday last year from their Agent Joshua Austin persuading me tp get a vehicle from their company.I finally decided to purchase a gun silver, mitsubishi rvr, 2012, 4wd sometime in october 2019.I made the money transfer in full,on October 30th 2020 at a totalling to 5500usd.An invoice was sent to me with the vehicle chassis number.Pictures of the vehicle were also sent to me(please note that i have saved all messages and pics from this company).After sending the funds, the agent ceased to contact me.I had been contacting the agent on the status of the vehicle since he never sent me any messages after the funds.When inquired daily, it was said that the vehicle was on the way.In march 2020 a vehicle landed in saint lucia bearing the same chassis number..To my suprise, it was a silver, 2 wheel drive and DAMAGED vehicle.I contacted the company further to verify this issue but they kept on empty promises.After another month auction house contacted me stating that they dont know what their agent did to my account and that there is a remaining 1450usd which needs to be paid for the release of the documentations.A complete reap pff.. Please note that i have been contacting this company but they have stopped answering my watsapp messages and rejecting my calls.Please note that they have not sent me the documents for the vehicle to this date 10. October 2020.I would not recommend this company..I will also go to the very ends to get some form of redress from Auction House.

We made a payment from June and wants a refund and is only getting empty promises no refund no car.
Let me share what happen in May we were interested in

 buying a car and was advised by someone about #AuctionHouseJapan
In June we spoke to elon or aldon Adams who showed us something we liked in our price range. We send half of the money in June, he use to call everyday after they got the money there was no further calls from them nor did they answer, we had to use the person who recommend to call them, then that's how we would get them a month later saying that the vehicle did not pass inspection and they are going to send us a more expensive on which they think is good for us, without speaking to us and giving us a chance, we said no we don't like that one and why didn't you tell us before what was happening you break our trust and we don't like what you choose for us we want our money back. The guy said ok send email to their support group still no response, we still had to call the person who referred us to call that's how we got a response, and until now no refund they said send all the banking info to process your refund and until today nothing a accounts manager Sheldon said he would help, all now nothing. So I am warning everybody this company is a scam no number for any accounts department, no follow up, no honesty, just plain crooks.
I want my refund.

Auction house japan are not a credible car exporting organization as they portray to be on the internet and otherwise,I have posted my reviews about my experience with a one David Jones who goes by this alias,and states that he is the regional manager supplying the Caribbean with ordering of vehicles and as such I've been a registered customer of sbt japan for quite a few years and they are very reliable and professional compared to AHJ especially one David Jones who somehow got my contact number of which I did not give to or knew anything about him or this company,he persuaded me to register with and purchase vehicles through their company by stating that their vehicles were first class and better prices than most dealerships in japan as they get first choice at all vehicles at auction, so therefore I decided to give them a try by ordering one unit from them namely a honda elsyion of which I did recieved, so some of my clients and close friends asked me to search for and order vehicles for them from AHJ thru one David Jones of which I did he sent pix and prices of Toyota dyna double cab truck,one isuzu dump truck,one isuzu boom truck, one dyna van,and one townace van,of which my clients personally wired payments for those units from their accounts here in the cayman islands the only unit that's not fully paid for is the dyna van which monies in the sum of $1400 us was deposited on from the month of june and all I've been getting from this David Jones since then is excuses about bad weather conditions,flooding,holidays,shipping company delays,ect in japan with shipment of our vehicles my clients are very concerned upset annoyed,angered with me even to the point of sending me threats, I've requested my clients monies be refunded to them due to such prolong delays but was told by wts app chat with David Jones that vehicles were shipped and they were awaiting on BL documents up to this minute no such documents or proof showing that vehicles were shipped I've now reported this matter over to our criminal enforcement administration department for them to investigate and resolve with getting our money or vehicles .I will be providing proof to validate my claims,

A vehicle was paid for at a certain price later they claimed it’s not good and I would have to pay more for another vehicle of lower quality and model. I demanded a refund, to date I have not received any correspondence as such, It’s been 6 months! I am currently going through my bank, the Japanese embassy and taking a lawyer to get my refund. If this has happened to anyone else please email me. We can both get our Money back and ensure this company for not scam anyone else.

Auction house Japan and some of their sales persons namely one David Jones who goes by this alias name stating that he is in charge of sales for the Caribbean along with his management are fraudsters scammers thieves so I'm sending this out to all who are thinking of purchasing vehicles from these unscrupulous crooks please be very vigilant and do a full and thought check on these individuals from this company b4 u all conduct any business with them I am speaking from my own experience with these lowly crooks,some of my clients ordered and paid for 4 vehicles and I ordered and paid for another in succession with my clients going to 3 months now and all I've even getting from these people is that the vehicles are shipped but they are wating on BL paperwork.up to this moment no update we requested our monies refunded to our accounts due to prolong delays and excuses but to no avail we have reported these matters to our criminal investigation fraud department for investigation to be conducted in getting our monies back or to bring these perpetrators to justice and put them out of business .

A H J is the biggest scam going, they have even taken over this site and installed fake feed back to make their site look better. They are thieves and liars and cheats. Check the comments on AHJ site and see if you can add a comment. NO they have disabled the comments section because many honest bad comments were being posted and it was affecting their illicit income. Try calling the phone numbers listed in Japan, NO they do not work, you have to call them on WHATSAPP, why because you cannot trace them easily, slippery sneaky THIEVES.
