There is something fishy about the company. None of my emails get answered (to different people).
And the (obviously non native english speaking) salesmen all have fake English names. I was talking to a Filipino called "John Klein"(since disappeared) and others with obviously fake names.
I'm worried I have lost my deposit.
Anybody else with similar experience?

They offered complete assistance throughout the process and also provided me with a translated auction sheet, to help me understand the condition of the car. The agent Mr. Zack made sure that I was completely satisfied with the care before biding upon it on my behalf. They won the car for me, shipped it to my port and sent me all the documentations. Custom clearance was easy as everything was perfect at the company's end. The car is in great condition, and in the exact same condition as stated on the auction sheet and mentioned by Mr. Zack.
