I needed a used hatchback for my family before the year end and AHJ helped me just in time. I have received the vehicle in Jamaica and I have no issues so far.

Daniel Jordan (obviously fake name) has blocked me on Whatsapp so I can't message him requesting my refund! Calls made to the company also go unanswered and they hang up as soon as you tell them who you are.

I wrote my review over 3 days ago and no one from the company has bothered to check. All they sent is a request for my Order ID which they already have.

I had incorrectly entered the mailing address on which my documents were supposed to be sent. I contacted Rick to change the address, he immediately made the correction and assured me that my documents will be delivered to the right address. The level of commitment and customer service of AHJ has gained my trust and I will be buying another car for my wife through them.

GoodMorning, I had a awful experience with Auction house. Auction house is not the fast service company that they use to be, they don’t handle their customers with care anymore.I’m a customer at Auction House they shut me down by not answering their phone, block their business number. It not fair as Bussiness clients to be treated this way. Nowadays vehicles taking about 4 to 5 months. The Company Auction House use to be great that the reason I join Auction House for the fast service and Quality.The Company has fall off tremendously.I purchased two vehicle from Auction House 2010 MNissan March ,2011 Toyota Passo.I send about 4,500. It just ridiculous to.Auction House need to empower their employees by a Training Program to gave a better service.
