The experience was very informative. Dr Moat was
brilliant explaining the problem and how to address it.
There was no pressure, it was a relaxing visit.

Both the receptionist and the audiologist were welcoming, professional yet friendly. Anthony was informative, patient and efficient in diagnosing my hearing issues and solutions. I was completely at ease with the complete procedure and would recommend the Altrincham branch with no hesitation. It is also very reachable via the tram system, being about a four minute walk from the station.

Antony was fantastic and so helpful. Highly recommend!

I visited hidden hearing in Altrincham after being sent by my gp. The place itself was very modern and clean the receptionist was very pleasant and so was the doctor that tested my hearing. The test took ten mins the results where instant. Was attended to immediately no complaints good service

Visit was pleasant ,informative and assistant was knowledgeable.

The test was not able to proceed due to a problem with wax, but staff explained the situation clearly and I will be back for my appointment when the wax is removed.

It is always a pleasure to visit the Altrincham Hidden hearing Branch for your appointment and to be looked after by Anthony. He is always very professional and extremely knowledgeable and very friendly also. I have been looked after by Anthony for many years now with regular hearing tests and servicing my excellent “in the ear” hearing aids. They are a godsend to me with crystal clear hearing it sounds like l am 18 again… I would not use any other company and highly recommend Hidden hearing Altrincham for your hearing needs. You will not be disappointed.

Have been going to Hidden Hearing for a number of years, firstly taking my mum and more recently my husband. Always receive excellent service and would recommend anyone to go if they are suffering with hearing loss or want to use their ear syringe service. Very friendly staff who listen to what you have to say. They never rush the appointment and always make sure you are happy with the outcome.
