Excellent service at Altrincham branch.
Thorough hearing test with lots of information and advice but importantly no sales pressure. Trying out hearing aids with a follow up appointment soon but guarantee that if they don’t suit they can be returned with full refund.

Testing was very straight forward. The audiologist was professional and friendly, clearly explaining the process and outcome of the results.

Fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, professional service
We had a fantastic experience when I brought my 76 year old dad in for a hearing test. The practitioner was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He relaxed my dad and talked him through everything he was doing within the session before we started. The appointment went smoothly and quickly and we received the feedback from the test immediately. I would highly recommend coming here for any hearing concerns.

Brilliant service
Just had my follow up appointment with Anthony Moat and was very impressed. He answered all my questions fully and satisfactorily and gave me lots of guidance and tips to help me get the best from my new hearing aids. I shall certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who is hard of hearing.

I went to see a Altrincham Hidden Hearing. It was very professional his job I write him 10 very very good. He sat down me and explain to me that I need hearing aids but at the moment I’m struggling with benefits but if I had the money I would’ve paid straight away so carry on the good work, thank you.
