I have been a customer of Hidden Hearing at the Barnstaple branch for four years and couldn’t be happier with the service received and would highly recommend using them. As they all have outstanding customer service skills, everybody is always helpful, knowledge and professional. Shaun Samuels is just brilliant a very professional Audiologist, patient, easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly an all-round nice guy.

After been a patient of the NHS for many years and receiving very little help with my hearing, which was deteriorating fast, I found Hidden Hearing ,Barnstaple.

Amazing company use to be with nhs and always struggled with hearing and since moving to hidden hearing for my hearing aids it made a huge difference and Sharon was so helpful with guiding me with what choices there were and getting my appointment quickly and smoothly and then there Shaun he a miracle worker of getting my hearing aids set just perfect and listening to me about any concerns I have. Excellent service from everyone at Hidden Hearing in Barnstaple and Shaun has endless patience. I have complex hearing problems which means I’m constantly asking Shaun for assistance and he has given up many of his lunch breaks to help and reassure me. He is a genuine kind and caring person that really does care about the customers: his attitude was terrific and he made us feel super welcomed and relaxed. Had wax removal with Sharon at Hidden Hearing today. She was absolutely wonderful and calmed me whenever I felt anxious. She explained the procedure to me step by step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment was successful and I have my hearing back. Couldn't be more grateful, thank you so much.

They were spot on, With arranging or changing appointments. The advice was correct and although aids are very expensive, because I was given such good choices I was able to pick the right aids which have changed my life.

I went to Hidden Hearing in desperation, but with little hope as my hearing loss was very severe . Shaun was very thorough and professional with a friendly relaxed manner. The aids provided have transformed my life the results are nothing less than miraculous. Instead of being an observer behind a glass screen I can join in conversations and use my mobile and iPad . I feel I have rejoined the human race. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
