I’ve worn hearing aids for 30 years and am delighted with the service I receive from Hidden Hearing, Bolton.
Today I had an ear wax removal appointment there with the Ear Care practitioner, Megan Welbourne: the quickest and easiest removal I have ever experienced. Very impressed!!! Thank you.

Seen at appointment time then dealt with completely and efficiently.
Computer payment system left things to be desired. Three separate payments for one appointment.
This is a fault created by head office not the local site.

The hearing test and what was going to happen was explained clearly and concisely by Daniel who was doing the test. The tests done were thorough and any nerves were put at ease. The process couldn’t have gone any better. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ to purchase any aids. Will certainly recommend this company.
