Arrived a few mins early and was made to feel comfortable. The audiologist introduced himself and explained in plain English what happens during the hearing test and afterwards explained the results clearly

Great after-care service
Just attended a 6 mths check up and was really impressed with the professional aftercare service. Any questions and queries were fully explained in a friendly, un-rushed and professional way.

Hidden Hearing Bolton Highly Recommend
I visited Hidden Hearing Bolton with an elderly relative, I got the day wrong but Daniel Bingham and the lovely lady on reception managed to fit us in. Daniel was was great with Jim, he was very professional but also very friendly making us feel at ease. Jim got an appointment to go back a week later, I could not attend as I had to return to the USA. Jim didn’t turn up for his appointment, Daniel let me know immediately. Fortunately Jim did turn up the following day and once again Daniel managed to fit him in. I definitely recommend hidden hearing in Bolton, very professional, accommodating and friendly.

They know what your needs are
As in previous visits I received good attention and care for my disability in hearing. Test results were explained in details and necessary adjustments were made in my hearing aids.

I had a very proper and thorough…
I had a very proper and thorough hearing test. Given aids to test for comparison afterwards was really eye opening at how much I am missing out on and I thought I really wasn't that bad. I have made a further appoint mid year as I'm not home for the next 7 weeks. But have emailed Daniel with a few questions which he answered in a very indepth and accurate manner.
