Took my 89yr old mum to the Chesterfield branch for her regular hearing check and new hearing aids. The service has been fantastic. Mandy on reception is really helpful with any query, and her customer service is excellent. Kia the hearing care expert has been fantastic in helping mum find easy ways to get her hearing aids in due to arthritis in her fingers. Nothing has been too much trouble. Very happy with the overall service. Kia and Mandy make a good team.

Kind and patient........Jan at Chesterfield was brilliant.

My 90 year old mother had chronic blockages of wax which were not helped by having to use hearing aids.
Jan French, the excellent ear care practitioner from Hidden Hearing advised us on the application of Earol Spray to soften the wax over a couple of weeks prior to micro suction. It required two home visits with further oiling to complete the process. The technology was simple but ingenious with the use of a mobile phone so you could see the results on video.
Jan was really professional and kept my mother calm throughout and explained everything clearly and patiently. She was very friendly and chatty and it made for really quite an enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend her and would definitely insist on using her again.

I was tested by Kia Kirk who I consider to be the best audiologist I have seen at Chesterfield. Very thorough test with excellent explanation of how the ear works and how my hearing has deteriorated since I first came to HH. Well done Kia you’re a star!

Visited Chesterfield branch to receive new hearing aids. I have previously had aids from Hidden hearing and cannot speak too highly of the quality, and the follow up service is second to non. The receptionist (Mandy) is always happy to help, and reminds us of appointments due. Kia Kirk Mshaa who we saw today was extremely patient, explained everything until she was happy we understood. Had a wax removal procedure with Jan at their Chesterfield branch, she was brilliant from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable, would highly recommend, when i first went both my ears were blocked and i couldn't hear anything at all but now i can hear a gnat fart lol

I am writing to register my absolute astonishment and outrage that I am having to write this at all.
The fact that you are putting an 84 year old widow through a stressful and totally unnecessary experience to allow her to save the best part of £3,000 and to re use a set of hearing aides that belonged to my late father and would otherwise go to waste, is absolutely beyond comprehension.

Your behaviour is so far from reasonable that from wherever you are you will not even be able to see the sign that says “Reasonable - 100 miles”.

Rest assured that if there is anything I can do to stop anyone I come across ever using your services in the future I will gladly do it. To adopt and amend the quote from Rod Stewart “I’d rather go deaf”.

Went on Sat 26/3/2022 for both my ears to have wax removed. I was a bit apprehensive to say the least about having Micro Suction and didn't know what to expect. But going in for my appointment i was really put at ease by a very nice lady called Jan at your Chesterfield branch who did the procedure who was very professionally in her joband explained everything to me in great detail what see was going to do. Even she was shocked to see how much wax came out of my ears ,and i was glad to because i could hear clearly, what such a great service would recommend to everyone who is having problems to go here.
