Great service all around from Clacton's…
Great service all around from Clacton's Hidden Hearing branch. My audiologist Holly was extremely caring, gentle and empathetic. I have suffered from being hard of hearing for a while. Specsavers stated that could not help me due to my age, and the NHS couldn't help me as they could see no apparent reason for hearing difficulties.
Holly listened and acted.
She was considerate and provided me with the help that I needed, as well as was patient with me and my neurodiversity.
Thank you also to Michele, the receptionist, who provided a welcoming environment and was very hospitable.
Excellent customer service! You both are amazing! I can't wait to see you for my routine follow-up appointment.

Debbie and colleagues in Clacton are such a great team - I highly recommend them. Debbie looked after my dad who had ear wax removal carried out, she is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares how her clients are doing. Thank you so much again Debbie for everything.

Would recommend anyone to go to Debbie if they are concerned about their hearing, whether young or old
I had completely blocked hearing in my right ear. I had had so for a total of 11 days. Debbie consulted on the first day and showed me (by video) that the ear was completely blocked with wax. She suggested to use 'Earol' drops for 2 days to soften the wax. I then went back and she used the microsuction tool very gently to clear my ear. She wasn't sure if it would totally work or if i'd need to come back a third time, but thankfully she was successful on the second attempt. My hearing returned instantly. She did a hearing test which was fine except that I could hear lots of noises outside the room. Would recommend anyone to go to Debbie if they are concerned about their hearing, whether young or old.

Debbie was great, she took her time with me, educated me and I will definitely be back. Her care & attention was great & made me feel really comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She is a credit to the organisation.

Went to see Debbie at the Clacton…
Went to see Debbie at the Clacton branch. Never had anything like this procedure before but was really struggling with my hearing in both ears. Debbie explained everything to me very clearly and professionally and put me at ease immediately. The procedure was painless and the results life changing. I can hear again. Thank you so much Debbie.

Recently I had a problem with a build up of earwax I found Hidden hearing on google. I booked an appointment locally, as I haven't had this procedure done before I didn't know what to expect, I was put completely at my ease by Debbie Brooks the lady doing the procedure she explained everything as she went along and it was completed in no time, I would definitely recommend Hidden hearing

I had awful pain in my ear and total…
I had awful pain in my ear and total hearing loss on one side. But the Hidden Hearing Clinic in Clacton really came to my rescue! The service was brilliant, I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. Special thanks to Debbie for being so lovely. If I have any further problems I would definitely return here.
