Audika - Edinburgh - Hanover Street Avis 

If I could give this company zero stars I would . Last year somebody came to the house to check my mums hearing . He stayed and did a thorough check and we never heard from him again . I phoned hidden hearing and they apologised and said they would be in touch but we didn’t hear from them . Last month I thought I would give them another chance and I phoned them fr my dad who is 90 and struggling . They apologised and explained that we had been visited by a rogue employee who is no longer with them ! I booked an appointment in Haddington for tomorrow 18th April and phoned this morning to confirm . They have no record of the appointment and cannot fit us in after waiting for 2 weeks . Not sure what the rest of the country is like but do not touch Edinburgh

Branch located very central in Edinburgh. -many bus routes pass by the location. Also the train station is bery close. But is is located up some steps -so not suitable for wheel chairs or elderly.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The audiologist is well experienced with many years ib the profession and knowledgeable in all aspects of hearing aids. Overall a good experience.

Visited Hidden Hearing Hanover Street Edinburgh for wax removal. Andy was extremely helpful and informative. It seems pricey - but the session was really well worth the money. Very impressive technology - and it really has improved my hearing. After very poor service from Amplifon, who have now abandoned Scotland entirely, I’m pleased to have discovered Hidden Hearing, and happy to recommend them.

I had a great experience today for my ear wax removal. Andy made sure I was well informed, comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. The procedure itself was very smooth and totally painless.

I visited the Leeds clinic on the 14/46/22 and was seen by a practioner name Chloe and I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received for ear wax removal, on examination she realised that a plastic lobe from a hearing aid, supplied by a another company, had become detached and was lodged within my ear, with a great deal of patience and skill she managed to remove the lobe which had been causing me discomfort, the procedure I am sure took me over the allocated time but it was carried out with true efficiency
