My father now 100 years of age has been using The Loughton Essex Branch for about 4+ years now...

He has consistently received Professional kind and efficient service to all his hearing concernes.

I saw Wendy Green and she was extremely helpful and professional and made me feel 100% better.

Friendly staff and ear test quick and easy. Always helpful when I go there to have the ends changed as I shake too much to do it myself.

Nick was very professional and made me feel calm.

This is definitely a process everyone should do if you have any concern about hearing.

Had annual hearing appointment and came away with a new pair of aids to replace a previous pair which were 7 years old. New aids have much more clarity and I can hear so much better. My previous aids have lasted well and done a good job for 7 years.

They give a very professional service.
Also they do wax removal,I had mine done today by Wendy,she is very efficient.

I’ve now visited Hidden Hearing in Loughton twice and seen Wendy both times. She’s brilliant — so reassuring and really takes the time to guide you through everything step by step. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and attended to promptly by the clinician. She explained the process to me and did a very good job with my ear wax removal.

I messed up the booking on line at the Loughton branch, and both Sue and Wendy were very accommodating and corrected it straight away. I have had my ears unblocked dozens of times before by GP’s and Ear specialists all over the world and Wendy is by far the most thorough and effective. I have always had good service from Hidden Hearing - Loughton Branch and would not expect any different in years to come. The Receptionist on arrival was polite and the Audiologist was very supportive with my hearing check and hearing aid check and had time to answer any questions that I had.

Had my first hearing test today in Loughton since i was a child and could not of had a better experience! I can’t quite remember his name but whoever took my appointment was nothing but welcoming and extremely clear and informative about what was going to happen during the test. Customer care is 10/10 cannot recommend enough :)
