Elaine therese Norris based at the Lytham branch completed the tests and explained everything as we went through the tests. The service was brilliant and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a lovely experience at Hidden Hearing! I saw Elaine for a hearing test and she was very in depth, professional and informative - I actually learnt a lot about my ears! She also emailed my GP with relevant documentation about my session for further care which I appreciated.

We also got greeted very professionally at the front desk and were offered hot chocolates and coffees! The building was very clean, tidy and modern.

Very glad I went here and I would recommend it to everyone! :)

They have the right man for the job. Tom has a wonderful personality and he puts you at ease immediately. He is very knowledgeable and capable in all aspects of his work.

First time for me getting ear wax removal. My ears were full after 60 years! Lovely staff. Very helpful and informative. Explained everything and what to expect. I was a bit of a challenge after so long! We got there eventually. I won't leave it so long next time ! Thanks

Technically the hearing examination was excellent, Tom was very helpful and accommodating. However we found that after the examination was complete the discussion became a "hard sell" for the most expensive hearing aid. The issue was not the value, but the fact that when we tried to consider the benefits (or otherwise) of alternative models, Tom appeared reluctant to consider our request, but wished to continue pushing for his preferred option.
Regrettable since up to this point Hidden Hearing had done an excellent job. We have subsequently found an acceptable alternative.

We were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The slight problem that we had been experiencing was easily sorted out.

From arriving at Hidden Hearing. i was made comfortable by the staff. I received a friendly welcome and seen almost immediately ipon my arrival. Tom, my audiologist, explained all the processes clearly and concisely. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the Lytham branch of Hidden Hearing.

I just had an ear wax removal appointment at Hidden Hearing Lytham. I thought that the practitioner Diane Cole was amazing ! The whole experience was very enjoyable. Diane made me feel very welcome and the procedure was painless and she managed to remove all the wax from my poor blocked ears ! I cannot recommend her enough. A fantastic experience and £15 cheaper than the local surgery ! Thankyou Diane !

I've recently visited Hidden Hearing in Lytham to get my ears de-waxed and to have new Hearing Aids fitted. All the staff have been very friendly, helpful and professional. In particular I'd like to mention the audiologist Elaine Norris who performed a thorough hearing test and then discussed my options for Hearing Aids.
