Extremely helpful staff. Everything explained fully. Extremely satisfied.

Friendly, professional, informative and listened to me.

It wasn't great a all, I had two reminders to be there for 11 and after arriving at 10.45 I had to wait almost 45 minutes. I had asked for a de waxing but it couldn't be done.
There was no hearing test and no information on the latest type of aids.
