Just had an ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing in Lytham. Janet was excellent. Will make this my go to place if needed again and would definitely recommend.

Had my appointment on the 11/02/26.Was greeted by a very cheerful lady on reception who made my son and me a hot drink. We were also greeted by another cheerful lady who named Elaine Norris. She checked my ears and my left one needs to be syringed out. So going back to get it done on Friday 13/03/26. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who has hearing problems

Great service and very helpful team. Elaine was very good at taking us through the hearing test process and explained everything.

They ask for any problems that I was having, listerned and then set about providing a solution. TYhe success of the changes will show in the future.

I went for a hearing test at the Lytham branch , initially in November, but was advised to return after getting wax removed from one ear, before the test could be done . I returned to complete the test in January. The preparation before the hearing test was impressive and
I found the information given prior to the test on how hearing loss can affect very interesting, especially the link to dementia. The test itself is conducted in the room rather than in a cramped booth as I have experienced before and conducted with clear explanation. The results were clearly explained with the use of a diagram, and it gave me a good understanding of my current hearing. Fortunately I do not require hearing aids yet, which was pleasing for me and I was invited back for a further hearing test in 12 months. Elaine Norris conducted the hearing test and I found her manner, knowledge and communication excellent. I felt relaxed, comfortable and respected. I would not hesitate in recommending Hidden Hearing in Lytham to anyone requiring a hearing test and would encourage anyone concerned about hearing loss to book an appointment, (there is no charge for the test) as in my experience you will get an excellent service and a good understanding of how you are hearing things.

Superb treatment extremely helpful and understanding cannot fault my appointment ten out of ten thank you.

Had my regular annual check up and service. Been with Hidden Hearing for 12 years and have been very satisfied. Service excellent as usual with an adjustment made to my aids. My hearing loss is now serious so I appreciate that I can always get a check up if I feel it's necessary between annual appointments

I had an appointment at Hidden Hearing in Lytham with Elaine T. Norris. From the moment I walked in, everything felt very professional. I learned a lot about the structure of the ear, which helped me understand the test results much better afterwards. They tested how well I could hear different frequencies, and they also used a small camera to check the condition of my eardrum and the amount of earwax. I highly recommend having a hearing test, as it’s something everyone should do and at Hidden Hearing it’s completely free.

Every member of staff was very welcoming,I was welcomed with a nice hot cup of coffee by Glynnis the receptionist on what was a very cold day and then welcomed by Elaine the audiologist for my hearing test which I must say was very thorough and performed in a very profesional way, from the girl who did wax removal right through to the hearing test was a very plesant and enjoyable experience.
