Nice and relaxed but professional with it

This was an opportunity for a relaxed discussion about hearing. The people who met me at reception were warm and friendly. The person who completed the test gave me their time and professional care. I found the experience helpful and not at all overt about selling hearing aids. I felt I could trust them to guide me properly and give an independent assessment of my needs.

The Consultant very clearly explained the assessment process initially, and throughout was engaging as the testing progressed. Very thorough and professional. I feel very confident that I have the right product to deal with my hearing deficiency

Pleased with the Hearing test service although can't compare it to any other company. Staff all friendly,helpful and professional.
Going Private is not cheap but the service is what one would hope for.

A friendly welcome, and pleasant experience. My practitioner was Diane Door whom I found to be knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing my hearing concerns. Furthermore, by removing wax in one of ears has considerably improved my hearing. A fine example of "total satisfaction."

i’m writing this review to a wonderful company hidden hearing and my dearest friend Jeremy Tse-Grice MSHAA who has been my saviour over the years He the most professional person i’ve ever met. He explains everything in layman’s terms and i would recommend hidden hearing and especially Jeremy to all people with hearing loss. i would like to say “he goes above and beyond” every time i go to see him! thank you 🙏 all for your support and advice 100% recommend and never lets me down!!

I was in great discomfort with a blocked ear and could hear nothing. The team saw me there and then as a “walk-in”, luckily someone hadn’t turned up for their appointment! The front of house team quickly got me assessed and registered and I learned I was blocked with wax, something I had not experienced before.
Diane was so kind and professional and brought about almost instant relief clearing the build up of wax. Honestly, thank you.

Came for ear wax removal and service was absolutely spot on. Everything was talked through thoroughly and felt very safe. Would recommend to anyone!
