The annual personal visits to my home have been most pleasant, with a very thorough testing process. The visits have been on time, very friendly and understanding. The Hearing Aid Dispenser was a very knowledgeable and understanding professional.

Jane at head office in Plymouth is such a great communicator and very efficient with posting out any of my requirements regarding batteries. domes etc. I have upgraded to a more sophisticated pair of hearing aids and suffice it to say Emma Rooms has been the best and most efficient at her job.
