I arrived in good time, was warmly welcomed by Reception and was seen after a very short wait. My ear wax removal was done in a very professional and friendly way by Emma who I have seen regularly in the past two or three years.

Thorough testing and review of my hearing great explanation of issues and options that could help. Very impressed.

I have used hearing aids for over 10 years. My visit to Hidden Hearing was the first time I have felt able to ask questions and get proper answers about my hearing. Grichma, the audiologist was brilliant. Thorough, professional and friendly. The whole experience, from the extended hearing tests to choosing my new hearing aids and having them suppled and fitted two days later was excellent. Now wearing the aids - absolutely superb!!! Their follow-up care is also first class.

Emma was extremely thorough and patient (compared to my experience at another company) she cleared my hearing on the first visit and I will take her advice and book yearly visits. Kerry was most helpful and gave me good advice on my initial call. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had an appointment with Hassan Jamil today for a hearing test and this was also carried out very professionally and everything was explained well in a friendly professional manner

Although the branch coordinator was not present,the audiologist managed very well by himself.As on previous appointments,the hearing test was very thorough and I was taken through it,step by step.He answered any questions clearly,that I had.

Today my husband and I went to see Hassan Jamil at Hidden Hearing, as I had some concerns with my hearing. He was brilliant, he introduced himself after welcoming us. He was great, he explained everything he was doing, was polite, professional yet approachable. The test was very thorough and we felt at ease with the tests carried out. We could not fault him, nor anything else there. The receptionist was friendly too.
I would recommend him 100 %.

I always book a home visit for dad through the Rugby team,as he tends to relax more in his home environment. Kerrie is so friendly when booking the appointments or ordering parts. And I cannot express enough how friendly and calming they are when they visit. Always addressing dad rather than myself even if I have to answer them for him.
