Every step of the evaluation was explained in plain English, completely removing the anxiety from the process.

Instead of pushing expensive equipment, they walked me through options tailored specifically to my lifestyle and budget.

Leaving the clinic, I felt a massive sense of relief and genuine excitement to reconnect with the sounds I've been missing.

All very good attendance and test was very thorough. Just 8 minutes late with seeing me - i arrived at 10.25 for 10.30 appointment and was taken in at 10.38.
