I visited the Stafford branch this morning and a very pleasant lady (who had driven all the way to Stafford from Bolton in foul weather !), removed wax from both my ears. She was very professional. I've had wax removed a few times over the years but this was the first time with Hidden Hearing, and I have to say they are the best yet. I shall definitely use them again!

I had been suffering with blocked ears for over a week which i believed to be a build of wax. I had put ear drops into my ears but the condition got no better. I made an appointment with the Stafford branch and was seen by Georgina. Georgina was absolutely fabulous and explained the procedure i was about to undertake in great detail in a friendly but very professional manner . I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend this company

Oh my goodness what a wonderful place. We were greeted by Michele who made us feel at home, so friendly and welcoming. We were offered a drink whilst we waited. Seen on time by Sameer who was also very friendly. My dad was so pleased with how he was treated with such professionalism. Everything was explained throughout the whole consultation clearly and precisely. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.

I have had a really positive experience with Hidden Hearing in Stafford. Sameer the Audiologist was incredibly helpful with a really positive and caring attitude. My comprehensive hearing assessment showed what I suspected, and Sameer was able to advise on the best hearing device for me. I decided to make my valuable hearing my priority and purchased the best device I could afford. The aftercare has been a really positive experience, and this reflects the Stafford branch commitment. Michelle was also really helpful with making appointments with lots of knowledge. Life changing.
