The Audiologist was good at engaging with the customer. He made me feel welcome and relaxed and able to clarify any points he made or was willing to answer any of my questions.
He was extremely efficient throughout the testing of my hearing and very good at explaining the graph results.
I appreciated his polite and efficient manner.

On the recommendation of a friend I went first time to hidden hearing at stafford . Gabriela was my clinician for wax removal. She was excellant efficient and very very gentle I would recommend hidden hearing to anyone

Excellent service friendly helpful and very professional

Went for a full hearing test. It was impressive, the testing which was done by Sameer was very comprehensive and conducted in a friendly and professional manner. Along with Michelle and Gabriela they make it a very pleasant experience going there. All the results were printed out and given to me. I have ordered hearing aids which will be fitted next week.

Gabriela was efficient, considerate and above all very professional. She also was tenacious and tried a new tactic which was 100% successful.
Very pleased with all aspects and will be going for my extended hearing test next month

2 years ago I decide that my hearing loss was becoming embarrassing so I contacted Hidden Hearing. My initial appointment was with Ashley Tulley who gave me a comprehensive examination followed by visual results which left me in no doubt that hearing assistance was required. Ashley is so professional and knowledgeable in his work with brilliant one to one skills. Last week Ashley visited me for my annual service where adjustments were made to ensure my hearing aids are continuing to give me the best results.
I would certainly recommend HH with confidence, their all round service and aftercare is 5 Star. Top marks to Ashley and all the staff at the Stafford office.

I had very bad ear wax problems, deaf in one ear.

Gabrielle at HH Stafford carefully and painlessly removed the wax. Everything was explained as we went along, there were even pictures.

Sophie is very informative and clearly spoken. She has explained all the hearing aid equipment well. I am hearing excellent with the hearing aids. Everything is easy to manage. Sophie is organised and punctual. Michele is friendly on the phone and calls me to confirm my appointments.

I’ve never had any problems with Hidden Hearing or my hearing aids. The hearing aids have been brilliant. Staff are very polite and professional. I visit Sophie at Basford Consulting Rooms and speak to Michele on the phone. Very satisfied with the service. It’s handy that there is free parking.
