I cannot thank Gabriela (Stafford) enough. She was brilliant. I have left her room feeling fantastic. My ear had become severly blocked and sore with loud tinnitus accompanying these symptoms. I have left with an unblocked ear, comfort and now only mild tinnitus which I am sure will settle over the next few days. Both ears have been treated with expert and gentle care. This has been an appointment which has been well worth every penny and I will happily return for my follow up check up in 8 month and not hesitate to have the treatment again if it should be required. I have been with Hidden Hearing since 2020 - life changing is all I can say made all the more easier by the friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff at Stafford branch. Very thorough annual hearing test yesterday together with a reset on my devices and professional advice about the need for future replacement. No hard sell here just sound advice on how to improve quality of life. Can't recommend the one plan enough either - great to have peace of mind about repairs and most importantly loss or damage. So all good to go for another year of great hearing - thankyou so much Ashley and team for providing this quality service

Absolutely fantastic service, Ash our audiologist from the Crewe branch came to my home after I suffered loss of hearing and tinnitus. At a very worrying time Ash was the voice of calm, offering best advice and providing me with a hearing aid that dealt with both my tinnitus and hearing loss. He was patient and understanding, nothing was too much trouble. His ongoing support is invaluable, couldn’t have ask for more. Would most definitely recommend.

Sophie has a cheerful face, She has a good level of knowledge about hearing and that makes all the difference to me. She has a good attention to detail.Sophie visit me at home in Staffordshire.

An excellent and friendly appointment with Mr.Ashley Tulley on the 9/1/23 very informative highly recommend .

Very thorough examination and hearing test. Outcome explained clearly and concisely. New technology reviewed, explained and tried, with no pressure to purchase. Ashley is technically excellent with a very good and easy customer facing manner.

I note that most reviews of the Stafford branch are from people who have commented on having wax removal treatment. Although I am delighted that they have had a good experience with more than satisfying results my comments refer to the audiologist Ashley who carried out my yearly examination today.
This was my third appointment with Ashley and am very impressed with his knowledge of the subject of loss of hearing. He is so approachable and his number one aim is to listen to any problems you’re having and, after a hearing test, he explains thoroughly what he has detected and corrects the settings of the hearing aids to compensate his findings.
My wife attended with me today and after asking for her opinion on any problems she has with our communications at home Ashley gave us excellent advice on improving on these situations.

A friendly welcome from Gabriela, followed by an explanation of what was to follow put me at my ease. She showed me a photo of the wax before and after the gentle procedure. Although dearer than my local chemist I chose Hidden Hearing for their friendly approach.

Gabriela was my practitioner she explained everything very clearly to me and carried out the procedure very carefully I was absolutely amazed at how well it worked have only had srynge procedure before and I was really impressed. I shall definitely have this done again when necessary

Went to Hidden Hearing today and had earwax removal with Gabriela. After nearly two weeks of not being able to hear, I was very frustrated. My appointment was very thorough and Gabriela made me feel at ease the whole time showing me what she was doing and how my ears were. Would definitely recommend and go back again if needed.
