Attended to have ear wax removed and was met by the Ear Care Practioner Tracy Vaughan. She was very cheerful and quickly put me at ease. Clearly explained the procedure before undertaking the ear wax removal. She was gentle throughout and had my welfare as her main concern. She was very efficient and was able to remove a large amount of wax making my hearing return to normal. Explained how to care for my ears to help ease the build up of wax in the future. Will return to see her again in the future

I recently visited Hidden Hearing Stafford for ear wax removal. My appointment was carried out with Tracy who was very professional and polite and explained the whole process from start to finish.
Tracy made me feel at ease during the treatment and my hearing is much better!

Just had my ears syringed at Hidden Hearing Stafford by Tracey. Very lovely lady,very professional makes you feel very comfortable, will certainly use this again.

Had the earwax removal by Tracey at the Stafford branch and my hearing is now perfect! I am so pleased with the results but more so the overall friendliness and professionalism. From entering, I was met with a warm welcome from the reception desk, and Tracey put me completely at ease, was very chatty and friendly. I would unreservedly recommend!!!

Amazing service and great staff, I was in agony with my ears, needed wax removing, called and spoke with Ann Marie on Monday who gave me great advice over the phone and booked an appointment for the Wednesday that week where I saw Tracy who treated me and cannot thank her enough, I was made to feel welcome, calm and I really cannot recommend them enough, Thank you to Hidden Hearing Stafford, you’re all brilliant. x

Efficient as always, checked my hearing and the aids, a minor adjustment to one aid and all good.

Had a very good experience, the receptionist was very nice and made you feel relaxed and put you at ease.I had the full hearing examination and hearing test, which was carried out very professionaly.I would highly recommend Stafford branch for their high quality in customer care.

Friendly and considerate hearing test .
Advice was much appreciated but I have decided to postpone decision to undertake the wearing of any aids until I mentally feel able to anticipate it will be sufficiently beneficial.
At present I do not have opportunity or need take part in conversations where there is background noise or with a group of others although I have had difficulty before present lockdown conditions came into being.

I went with my friend and her 96 year old mother to get a replacement hearing aid from the Stafford branch. It was an excellent experience. Hayley on reception made us feel welcome, she was friendly, professional and very patient with my friends mum. COVID safety was evident with social distancing in place.
Ashley the audiologist was thoroughly professional able to interact with my friends mum encouraging her and explaining where necessary - he added some lovely personal touches in his interactions during her hearing test which reassured us all. Everything was explained in detail to both my friends mum and us.
We had to revisit the branch a few weeks later for syringing and fitting - I accompanied my friends mum during the syringing process with Tracy who was so gentle and thorough and I was amazed at how the technology had changed since my own mother’s experience years ago.
The result of the new hearing aids has been phenomenal! My friends mum has a new lease of life, she listens to the news and takes part in conversations that she hasn’t been able to contribute to for a number of years. Thank you so much ‘ Hidden hearing Stafford
