Decent.
Really good apart from the M&Ms had popped open. Maybe less annoyed as it was a small relatively inexpensive bag. Could have done with them being bubble wrapped with the other chocolate. Apart from that, fine, would order again with hopefully the M&Ms packaged differently :)

These people are the absolute worst
These people are the absolute worst! They had my money for nearly a week and a half before I finally received my item. It got to a point where I even started a claim with PayPal. The first and only time I will ever buy from this awful company, I advise you to learn from my mistake and avoid doing business with them. In fact use American Fizz, their prices are lower and their customer service is great. They actually use the same delivery service as these scoundrels, however your order will arrive when it's supposed to. It's interesting how 2 different companies that sell the same products, can use the exact same delivery service and get such vastly different results.

Jason, we are very sorry to see your review.
The fact that you were not satisfied with the service we had provided we consider to be unfair as we did all that we could to ensure your parcel reached you, albeit 2 days outside the advised time. The correspondance from us was immediate, despite the time or day of the week, and, we felt, informative and reassuring enough that your parcel would reach you.
The delay of the delivery of your parcel was not any fault of our own as we dispatched your order on the day that you placed it. We did clarify that if your parcel is classified as lost, that we would gladly issue you a full refund, however, in the meantime, we would contact the courier to attempt to locate your parcel, which is standard procedure. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and, with a shortage of courier drivers and staff at certain depots, from time to time delays are possible and this is common knowledge, however, you did not seem to want to observe that fact and expected results straight away.
Unfortunately, when a parcel is with a courier it is out of our immediate control but we do care about our customers (Old & New) and will do all we can to assist them in ensuring that parcels reach their destination on time and intact. I believe yours did arrive and in perfect condition.
Perhaps on this occasion, a little patience on your behalf may have been the order of the day, but in this case, I can see that there was not going to be any compassion from you, for an order of a single bottle of sauce at a greatly reduced price with a discount coupon.
I would ask you to reconsider your review as I feel that you have done us an injustice as we did give you first class customer service, which, as a small business, we pride ourselves on because we treat our customers as family, we are not deceptive nor are we untrustworthy. I hope that you enjoy your sauce.

A great experience using this store. The website was easy to navigate with clearly marked stock levels and competitive prices. My order arrived well packed with no damage to any of the items. Happy to use again and recommend to others.
