Best Root Beer
Yet again another seamless transaction for my favourite root beer drink. Had an enquiry that was quickly answered on their instagram account by a very helpful person. Delivery came well packaged and quickly. Will be definitely revisiting Auntie Ammies in the future. Keep up with the Barqs orders :)

Hi Emily,
I am sorry you feel this way however I have contacted you despite it being after 9pm on a Friday evening and advised that the item you ordered was the item that was sent. Your order clearly states the crisp apple flavour and if you check your invoice you will see this.
We are a small business and pride ourselves on customer care but we can see that a successful outcome is never going to be the end resultwith you and can only assume that you have to take it out on our business because YOU made the mistake whilst ordering.
I would suggest that if ordering on a website in future you double check your basket as you definitely ordered the product you received.

had to keep coming back to the online…
had to keep coming back to the online store to see if the item I wanted was in stock but this could be the effect of Brexit ? I looked elsewhere but always turned out to be more expensive and was surprised with the small american sweets included in the parcel which I thought was a nice touch.
