We sourced a meeting desk a few years ago which was customised a bit to fit our layout. The experience was generally very positive. 5 years further on and we have needed a complete refurb of our entire office. 10 workstations, storage, reception furniture and staff kitchen table. We researched it extensively but settled on going back to Auraa. The presales experience was very good - attentive, quick, proactive suggestions. Even so, without seeing the products for real it was a bit of a gamble, because Auraa was pretty much the most expensive option, each desk was £2K+ not £500! Anyhow the end result was brilliant. Great build quality and the materials are so much better than in the digital images. The fit and finish is well designed, strong and the surface finishes are of high quality. Actually good value, if you can afford it. Installation team was great, no fuss, did everything we needed and more on the day. No hesitation to recommend. Thank you.

Rishi, Anita, and the team at Auraa Design have been very helpful in selecting the right office desk and pedestal for my home office. All items, especially the desk, are top quality and sturdy, yet very elegant. It took a while for the items to be produced and delivered, but it was worthwhile waiting for them. I hope they will accompany me for many years to come.

Have ordered multiple times for our office from Auraa design, including multiple office desks and chairs.

They have a great range of office furniture that doesnt seem to be available anywhere else, everything very high quality and would look great in any high spec office (products so far have all been made in Europe). Also very helpful customer service team, useful to check up on lead times with them first as varies a bit depending on items

From the initial enquiry through to the installation date our experience with Auraa was very positive.
Always professional, punctual with responses and updates, furniture provided was of a very high standard, delivery and installation carried out without delays or any issues.

Their products are well made, their delivery and assembly team are polite and professional and their sales team respond quickly and are informative.

I attach a snippet of the email received from Rishi Mehta. Quote: "We noticed that you might be looking for some Office Furniture. We can know this as we have subscribed to a software which tells us the companies that visited our website, and it is GDPR compliant."

Never heard of this company. Not interested in furniture. Never subscribed, 100% illegally scraping luxury websites for their data, ours requires written consent. Clear violation, our IP address logs prove this. Illegally attaining data. Reported to watchdog.

All their reviews are non-verified, invites and redirect only so possible also fake. Hard to tell but certainly don't trust after receiving this cold email. Worth noting.

We sourced our new reception desk and seating from Auraa design and were delighted with their service from start to finish. They were more than happy to answer 101 questions and advise about the options available before we placed the order. We were then kept updated about lead times and delivery timescales and items were delivered and installed efficiently and on schedule. Delighted with how everything looks too! We'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

Really good quality desk. it was relatively easy to assemble despite the limited instructions. Very happy with it.

Spam merchants, contacted me out of the blue on my work email. I've never had any contact with the organisation and have no responsibility for purchasing office furniture. I don't know where they got my email from but this is poor practice and in breach of data protection law.

Gorgeous furniture, outstanding service from start to finish. Rishi and the entire team at Auraa Design were so helpful.
I ordered an executive office table, a board room table, sideboard and reception table for my office in Abuja, Nigeria. I found your website easy to use, unique designs and detailed enough to help in making my decision. Delivery was slightly delayed due to brexit but on receiving the items I am pleased with all my purchases. The packaging of the furniture was top class and all items arrived here with absolutely ZERO scratches or marks.
