Auraa Design Avis 

We recently relocated our Head Office and required a Reception Desk and Conference Room table.

The selection on Auraa Design's website is second to none but there is always a niggle of doubt spending several thousands of pounds on products you've not seen before and with a company you've never worked with before.

We needn't have worried as Anita kept us informed of our delivery along the way and the Italian products we ordered are absolutely superb. There was a slight error on part of the delivery (supplier issue, not Auraa's) and once again, Anita got this rectified immediately.

Would highly recommend this Company.

I had a full suite of office furniture designed and managed by Anita.
She answered all my questions had her team produce drawings and visuals and when i ordered the delivery was per lead time and my joiner had no problems assembling the furniture.

I got in touch with Auraa because I was moving into a new office in France and wanted a top of the range desk, but I am from the UK so wanted to deal with a UK company.

I spoke to Rishi who is a director of the business and immediately this felt like a hands-on approach instead of just buying a desk online.

We discussed my needs, the size of my office and my tastes, he came back later that day with a PDF of a number of desks to fit my needs.

I chose one that I loved, as well as a unit for the back wall and we set about dealing with the logistics.

I had a move-in date a month or so later and I really wanted the desk on that week but there were logistical challenges because the furniture came from Italy and I was in France, I also wanted it installed.

He managed to get the supplier in Italy to drive over and do the installation and there were on time, absolute gents and did a little extra work helping with my wiring on the storage unit.

All on time, looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Rishi is a top guy and did what needed to be done to get it here and installed on time.

Good product and prices, but great customer serivce. Definately will return for more home office products

I ordered an Oxford Curved Executive Desk from Auraa Design during the pandemic, knowing it was coming from Italy and likely to be delayed. Anita was brilliant, keeping me informed about the progress, the delays to the shipping and answering my questions. The desk eventually arrived, a little late, but with a pandemic and Brexit hardly surprising! I am very happy with my new desk and the service from Auraa Design was excellent.

I would really recommend Auraa Design. I found their website to stock a really good range of products and prices. I’m really pleased with the desk I chose. The best thing about this company is their customer services - it is extremely personal and responsive, with the same person following through on your queries. I found this to be the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don’t think it was clear on the website that we would have to build the desk ourselves (although it’s possible I just didn’t spot this). However, when I contacted them with a query over some of the instructions they were again brilliant, finding the answer and responding very quickly. This is how customer service should be! I would definitely recommend this company.

The helpful customer service team helped me order the exact desk that I wanted and were happy to answer my many questions. The desk was good quality. Very happy with the result.

We initially gave the measurements of our office to Anita who quickly came back to us with fantastic plans/designs. Once we made the order it wasn't long before our furniture was delivered safely, all fantastic quality and as described.

Would Highly recommend to private customers or business owners! 10/10

Very responsive, very helpful and extremely happy with the two types of chairs we bought for the office.
