Burned my skin

As soon as I put the device on my skin I felt a jolt and a burn. I couldn't believe what happened so I tried it again on my forehead and the same thing. Hot and burning sensation. DO NOT BUY. I am hoping to get a refund, I emailed the company.

The aurora sculpture didn’t work

The aurora sculpture didn’t work. I couldn’t keep it running and when I wanted to return it I got the runaround. They wanted me to buy a new USB to see if that’s why it wasn’t working. Just give me a product that works! They quit answering my emails and I never got my money back.

Aurora deserves no stars

Aurora deserves no stars. My red light massager came used and the inside of the box looked like it was in a tsunami.
They sealed it in plastic after it was returned. Customer service is ridiculous I asked for a refund no response. I was told it will be reviewed. I sent them videos. I'm going to slander them on Tik Tok ,Instagram & facebook.

Seriously

Seriously, zero stars. They sell fake products and blatantly lie to customers. They promise that if the item doesn’t work, you can return it for a refund—but the moment you send it back, they disappear. No response, no refund, nothing.
Do not buy anything from them. It’s an absolute scam

Awaful customer service and product can cause severe allergic reactions

Aurora skin has a terrible communication. They don’t respond emails. The product may cause you allergy as it happened with me, and after reporting the issue to them, they stopped answering me. I spent $155 and cannot use the products because they caused an awful allergic reaction. I had to see a doctor and take medication to solve my problem.

Do Not Buy

This device did nothing for my face and the return process is an absolute nightmare. The customer service takes days to respond and the requirements to return are outrageous.

Updated Review: So, I ordered one off of Amazon thinking I would never receive this one… used it for a couple days.

I received my Auroraskin one today and decided I would try it to see the difference and there actually is a difference in results and quality… sooo I apologize on this review. Still not impressed with the return policy but I will be returning Amazon product and keeping this.

I have had a similar experience to the others on here… refund policy sucks… I tried to cancel before they shipped my product… they told me they couldn’t stop before it was “shipped”. I asked if I could have a refund for the product and how to send it back. They told me I am not able to do that and that I need to make 1-2 min videos showing the product doesn’t work for over 30 days or something ridiculous to show “no results” then they will consider the refund essentially. Still have not received the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Amazon has the same thing for cheaper and you will actually get it.

Worst service ever!!!!!😡

1 star is a lot and it should be 0 stars, I got a device that wasn't even working properly and they apparently tried to fool me when they sent me a tracking number for a replacement which was exactly the same as the tracking number for the original purchase. I decided not to open that replacement and told them I wanted to return both devices and get my money back, I have been waiting for a return label and there has been no followup at all for return instructions, I had to put a dispute on my credit card because of that and it has been such a nightmare just to return this!!!!, I really think they're doing this on on purpose. This is a scam!!!!!

They disappeared

Unfortunately, I order the product, and because of technical reasons I didn't got my shipment on time. I order on june 4th today is August 4th, for 2 months I'm back and forth with them!! I asked for a refund and was in touch with the support team for more than a month I'm running after them for refund. No body responded to my mails suddenly nothing!! They took from me 59.99& and disappeared!!!

Very bad company! Don't waste your money!

Very bad company!! They send me a wrong item (SO CHEAP AND PLASTICKY) and doesn't work, i ask refunded but only 2 respond and after that no respond at all!! I bought this item on June 7, 2025 and till now just no respond!! I want my money back!! Pls pls thinks twice before you spend your money to this company, i suggest you to buy from AMAZON better is easy to refund!! If i can give minus zero reviews i will!! This people's is really not afraid with KARMA!!

I ordered a product from AURORASKIN…

I ordered a product from AURORASKIN (auroraskin.usmd), and it turned out to be a cheap, dangerous counterfeit. The item was delivered very late — way past the promised timeframe. When it finally arrived, it was clearly fake and not safe for use. I contacted the seller multiple times via email, chat, and support forms, but no one replied.
They completely ignored my refund request.
I feel scammed and disappointed. Avoid this company — they sell fake products and don’t respond to customers.

Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Experience

I’m sharing this publicly because I’ve been completely ignored and mistreated by this company.
1. I placed an order months ago, but it got lost because they didn’t follow shipping instructions.
2. I asked them to re-ship the product, and they completely ignored me. I’ve sent over 25 emails, and they’re just refusing to respond.
3. When they finally replied, they sent me a fake tracking number that didn’t update for weeks.
4. After confronting them, they claimed the second package “was delivered” but showed me a screenshot with no proof of actual delivery — no address, no signature, nothing.
5. I replied again asking for real answers and got a vague promise that they “would make it right.” Clearly, they just wanted me to stop asking questions.
6. Since then, radio silence again. No product. No refund. No real help.
7. On top of that, they delete or hide my Instagram and Facebook comments — instead of solving the issue, they’re censoring me.

🛑 This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel scammed and disrespected. If you care about your money, your time, and your peace of mind — stay away from this company. They will ignore you, lie to you, and then act like you don’t exist.
