I was one of the initial backers of the cookware set. Very happy with the products, have them over a year now and there still going strong. I use my frying pan regularly for frying the skin of salmon and then finishing it off in the oven. There's no sign of any damage or warping.
The only thing I would say is is you're using a potato masher in the pots, only use plastic. As tough as they I scratched mine the first time I used a metal masher in them. Can't expect miracles either.
I bought the knife set too, the sharpener is great but it's not very good for use on the two shorter blades. You can't get them in far enough to properly sharpen.

I ought my pans via Kickstarter when they first came out. Ausker kept me informed every step of the way. i knew exactly what to expect and when. I love my pans!

I love the design of the products I've purchased, but the edges of some of the cooking pans have started to chipping and peeling off fairly early during ownership.

Amazing quality pots and pans, the best money I've ever spent. Honestly. The handles are genius, the material is high quality and scratch resistant (it's endured cat claws by accident once). Easy to clean, no residue. And the customer service is incredible. Really good product from a really conscientous and kind team.

I was so excited to use my Ausker. After a few months, I already noticed some scraping on the bottom and some material that has chipped off. I guess nothing is as good as cast iron still.

These are my favorite pans to cook with. I have replaced 1 due to a defect and 1 due to my wife ruining it & never regretted it once!

Got great cook pots from them. There are some minor scratching issues that should not be so easy given the coating, but for what little issue that is, the pots are some of the best I have ever had (vs AllClad or Paderno).

Are they the perfect pot? Nope.

Would I recommend them? Certainly.

I backed this project on Indiegogo when they initially launched it and I've been using their pans and pots everyday since then ! They are really sturdy, high quality and worth much more than their price.
They also have an excellent customer service, which is awesome!
I would recommend this company any day!

I've had my post and plans for almost 2 years and still loving them. Love how easy they stack and store. The removable handles have made storage much easier in my small kitchen.

Amazing products and customer service! Product is reliable and works as per description. The only thing I would complain about is the durability. They scratch easily so you have to take really good care of them.

The pots and pans are great but the handles on the pans are crap rubbish cheap

The product is superior to any I have used. I have been using them daily for over a year and the performance and convenience have suffered no degradation. I will definitely be buying Ausker in the future, if the need arises, instead of my usual overpriced, underperforming choices.

Good pans. Even heating and very easy cleaning. Even though we don't use the removable handle feature, it's a nice idea. I do notice the top rims are starting to wear, probably due to how we store the pans.

This is an amazing, and exceedingly well thought out set of pots, pans, etc. The manufacture has held up wonderfully and I am impressed across the board. I would recommend Ausker to friends or family who found themselves searching for similar items.

Is a very good skillet but difficult to clean underside as it discolors easy.
