My wife and I have purchased many different types of pots and this one is by far the best we have, so much so that we boxed up all the rest in exception of one 12" frying pan with lid which we have been asking Ausker to make but no respond to that as yet.

A handle broke. New one sent out very speedily.

Good morning I was a kick starter customer I was not pleased when I received broken/damaged goods and then when I had to write to them to explain that I had received new products that were already on usable I was questioned even though I sent pictures with clear explanations of what was wrong. This went on and on and it was very frustrating especially since they were already aware of some of the problems. I believe that it was very poor business etiquette and horrible customer service. If you say “we are experts due to all the background and severe testing “Thing you should not have to be taught a thing or two about the product that you’re selling by a customer. It was very sad to have to explain basic math geometry and Math to someone whom is saying that they are highly educated in the product they are creating and selling.

Great product at a terrific price and great customer service. I was new to induction cooking and was not enamored with heft of cast iron pots and pans. Your product is light weight, cooks evenly, and the removable handles are awesome. Thank you for developing such a unique and serviceable cooking system.

The pots and pans were delivered on time. Came in very good packaging.

Never again will I buy an Ausker product. At no given time prior to purchasing (unless you read the manual and honestly its PANS who needs a manual for PANS) would you think you couldn't use it in the dishwasher (If they say it was dishwasher safe). When I noticed the chipping I was dismayed I went to the manual and yes it IS dishwasher safe but you can't have it be dried in the dishwasher. I now am going to donate the pans to a womens shelter because I can't use them. They aren't all damaged but I'm also not willing to continue using such a product. The warranty specifically mentions this as the reason it's not covered so they clearly could have warned us prior to purchase. REVIEW EDITED AFTER RESPONSE: I did not reach out to Ausker because after I read the product information on the paper it specifically says if you make this error they will not cover it with a warranty, it’s the only thing not covered.

The knobs of the pot covers come off and stay off. I cannot cover my pans and pots. I’ve tried fixing it but it’s only temporarily and comes of immediately. I’m very disappointed. Can it be replaced?

Company was on time and delivered items to correct addresses. The only piece I was worried about was the full order was shipped in one box which came in damaged. The pans had a few scuff marks but other than that seemed to be fine.

Great Skillets! I have two of them. The removable handle is way more useful than you would think. The non-stick part is awesome. And once it was even convenient to throw the skillet in the over (without the handle of course).

I've been using these 2 skillets nearly exclusively for over a year now. 3-4 times a week on average.

The only reason I docked two stars is recently they've shown some wear. I only use rubber spatulas, etc, in them. I ran them threw the dishwasher recently (on the top rack) and it's like the surface layer got a bunch of tiny little dings in. By bunch I mean several dozen, so that surface isn't perfectly smooth anymore. This has sent up some big red flags for me. They continue to perform fine but again my confidence is shaken.
I only rarely run them through the dishwasher.

There was an issue with the initial shipment of the products. The company took care of it and we love the pans. Great quality, great service, great products.

Beautiful Set and great non-stick but with the pans at least thus far, has the coat chipping away so easily at the edges. Also the handles are starting to get a little lose even after tightening. Would still buy again as I do still feel like it performs better than many other nonsticks.

super easy to clean by hand, and also washer safe/compatible if needed. Great quality!

This was one of our first campaigns that we funded and felt like they really had a grasp on their cookware. Ausker did not disappoint and I can say that everyone reaches for the Ausker cookware over even the Calphalon. It is well built and distributes heat evenly. We use it practically every day with no signs of wear. You do need to watch the red handle lock does not flip up when pulling it out of a cabinet if it gets caught on anything but this too is a nice feature. Highly recommend and looking forward to more pieces by them.

Very friendly response and immideat solutions

Had an issue with a broken handle on delivery. They sent replacement immediately with no hassel.

We ordered the set of four steak knives. We love their beauty and their quality. My only disappointment is that they only come in a set of four. We really wanted a set of six. Great knives!

I've got Ausker frying pans which are wonderful to use. My only concern is that the cover is coming off here and there at the borders of the pans. This despite having tried to be careful when handling the pans.

We use a piece Ausker cookware almost every day. My husband loves the non-stick quality, I love that the handle and pots are all one piece. And the handle on the pans can disconnect and the pan then can go in the oven. The lids are the best,
