Goede ervaring met een uiterst vriendelijke klantenservice. Ze doen wat ze beloven. Een snelle levering en de retournering is correct afgehandeld. De reden van retourzenden van de koekenpan is dat de ontvanger van ons geschenk al een dergelijke pan had.

I’ve been using my Ausker pots for a while now, and they have honestly exceeded my expectations. Even after constant daily use, the quality remains top-notch and they still look and perform like they did on day one. They really do hold up to everything the brand promises.

Because I was so impressed with the pots, I recently decided to add the pans to my collection. While they are still new, I can already tell they share the same premium build and attention to detail. The non-stick surface is incredible, and the heat distribution is spot on.

Twee pannen met anti aanbaklaag besteld. Pannen werden vlot geleverd en zien er fantastisch uit. Inmiddels al enkele weken gebruikt en ben er meer dan tevreden over. Heel blij met deze aankoop,

ik ben 77 jaar en kook graag. Ik heb de Ausker Nero koekenpan gekocht , 24 en 28 cm.
Het was een grote ervaring . Ze zijn ietsje duurder dan de standaard pannen , maar hun geld dik waard . !!!

Ik gebruik de Nero pannenset ondertussen al enkele maanden en ben er echt tevreden over. De pannen voelen stevig en kwalitatief aan en zien er ook mooi uit in de keuken.
Tijdens het koken merk je dat de warmte goed verdeeld wordt, waardoor alles gelijkmatig gaart. Ook blijven ingrediënten niet snel kleven, wat het koken en schoonmaken een stuk makkelijker maakt.

Na meerdere keren gebruik blijven de pannen nog steeds in goede staat, wat voor mij een belangrijk punt is.

Kortom: een fijne pannenset die doet wat je ervan verwacht...

Het zijn super goede en mooie pannen. Doen het perfect. En de service en snelheid met leveren is top.

Met online bestellingen is t maar de vraag of praktijk en theorie overeen komen. In dit geval komt t product overeen met de beschrijving. Erg tevreden tot nu toe met de pannen.

Super pannen, mooie bijeenkomst is dat ze in de oven kunnen.
Bakken heel fijn, en supersnel in huis!
Ik vind het altijd spannend om iets online te bestellen, waar je het bedrijf niet van kan, maar helemaal super.

De pan voelt solide aan, met een stevig handvat wat prettig vasthoud.
De kwaliteit is uitstekend. Goede verhitting over de gehele pan en uitstekende anti-aanbaklaag.

Absolutely the best pot and pan set i have ever used. Even cooking. Easy cleaning. The pots and pans utilize the same lids. The knife set is clean in design, well ballanced and sharp.

Amazing cooking pans and utensils, but the star is the pressure cooker. Easy to use and has revolutionised our kitchen. We love Ausker.

Bought the pan set Nero in September 2025, no issues, cooking on them almost every day.

Had the pans with detachable handle for 6 years which works still ok, now ordered the new pans and they feel even better

Received damaged pot and knives, they replace it, that was nice until I found out their product don't last.
I used their product for a while but pricewise, it's not a good choice... except if the modified their products since the last 2-3 years.

EDIT: I don’t recall seeing anywhere in your list of benefits that this was meant to be a disposable product. Seven years is not the actual duration of use, especially considering you had access to my usage history, I experienced issues in 2020, and our last contact was in 2022. You removed me from your mailing lists without any explanation or regard for me as a customer.

I purchased the Pots on indiegogo over 5 years ago and subsequently bought the pans as well as the knife sets. I have always been very pleased.

One of the pot lids handle screw came loose as the top screw side became stripped and no longer held. I contacted Ausker via email and received a quick response that the only option was to buy a new set of pots. That did not sit well with me as good service, so I reached out a second time. After that email I was then contacted by another representative who took care of my problem and once I paid the $40 for parts and shipping sent the parts.
I received 3 and attached them and all is good....NOW, I am very pleased with their support and always love their products. Thank you Naglis Sakalauskas at Ausker for your help!
