Amazing Pans! Fantastic Campaign!

I backed the "Ausker" campaign on Kickstarter and purchased the 2 frying pan options. Let me say these pans are absolutely AMAZING. The nonstick quality on the pans are just ridiculously good and though I usually take really good care of my pans anyway (not using metal on them etc) the quality and abrasion resistance is superb. The campaign itself was great! Frequent communication and updates to their backers and had no issues with shipping/receiving. Each pan comes with its own soft bag for protection which I still use today. I actually would have preferred to give a 4.5 Star rating if possible and the only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I would have loved the opportunity to purchase the "lids" that were shown in the campaign - but these weren't available unless you purchased the larger pots (which I did not require at the time). I ended up getting a 3rd party lid to use with them and though it does the job, again i would have preferred the ability to purchase the official Ausker Lids and use the lid features shown in the campaign.

Other than that - I HIGHLY recommend them!

I also want to thank you for your feedback and criticisms concerning the possibility to buy the lids individually separated from the pot set. We understand your disappointment at were not able to buy them and we are really sorry about that. Unfortunately, due to many different reasons such as the fragility of the product and the high volume dimension that could have had the packaging we have preferred not to offer them as an add-on. Anyway, your feedback will be taken into great consideration and we will think about this improvement. 💪

Hands down the BEST cookware on the…

Hands down the BEST cookware on the market! I have never loved a product as much as I love this one! This product delivers on so many levels! Such quality materials, cooks so evenly and perfectly, heavy but not too heavy, healthy and the list goes on! This is worth the price and is my "go to gift" for weddings, graduations and pretty much anything else!

I love all the Ausker products

I purchased a set of pots and pans and are simply amazing. I have been using them for more than two year now and they are perfect. Very durable, nothing sticks and super easy to clean up. Moreover, they took care of both of the design and the quality. I love the removable handles (pans), the straining lids, and the silicone handle covers (pots). Then I bought also their steak knives. They are very nice and cut like a charm.

Best purchase ever

I had the initial Ausker set of pots and pan and loved them so much. I would show them off to my foodie friends whenever possible. I signed up to get the Ausker 2 set knowing the quality product I would receive and the enhancements made it worth the investment. I handed down my Ausker 1 set to my daughter who loves them as well. A fabulous product I will have and use daily for years to come.

Assolutamente soddisfatta del mio acquisto!!!!!

Ho acquistato il ceppo di coltelli in acciaio e la griglia e sono molto soddisfatta!!
La qualità dei prodotti ausker è innegabile
La griglia cuoce uniformemente i cibi (cosa da non sottovalutare!) ed è super con il manico rimovibile!!
Il set di coltelli è utilissimo per ogni tipo di cibo, dal coltello del pane a quello del pesce (il mio preferito il santoku!!!!!) c’è persino l’affilacoltelli incorporato...che dire...super !
Acquisterò sicuramente gli altri prodotti della famiglia Ausker !!!!!

Careful and well-designed line of cookware

Really beautifully designed pots, pans,, lids, and grill pans. I bought a full set for myself and for my family, and we are very pleased with all of the products. They are light but sturdy, the silicone handles are a nice touch, and the pots stack within each other.

Customer service is excellent, as I had a small crack in one of my lids (cracked during delivery) and emailed Ausker to see if I could get a replacement lid. They responded immediately and sent me a new lid! I am looking forward to using my set and encourage others to check out the full Ausker line!

Sharing the Ausker cooking fun with family...

I have a full set of the Ausker cooking pots, frying pans and griddle myself. This order was for my daughter in law in Germany. I needed some help with getting the order processed and even in the Christmas rush (and the pandemic) the Ausker team was super responsive (shout out to Erminia - Thank you so much for the help!). The shipment just arrived on New Year's Eve and my daughter in law is over the moon with her new cookware. Excellent cookware, quick order processing and on time delivery. Thanks so much!

Amazing pans and incredible service

I think Ausker's pans are amazing. I first bought them years ago, and recently upgraded them to their master's series. Best pans I ever owned.
Incredible how they launched this product, considering the year it's been. And one of the grillpan's had a fabrication-defect, I emailed them and they replied within hours, and send my replacement without hassle and incredibly fast.
One of my best kickstarter experiences so far.

Very satisfied KS backer

I backed their Kickstarter campaign for the Masters Collection. Received the whole set as a reward for my pledge. Everything is perfect except for a small surface/paint issue with the outer part of the 28cm pan. They immediately sent a replacement for it. Considering that I live almost halfway around the world from them, sending 1 pan to replace an issue that doesn't really hurt usability(but possibly affects
durability), no questions asked aside from sending them the pic of the "damage", that's something really commendable.

Using the pots/pans feels great! For the first time, I was able to prepare sautéed buttered vegetables, without the butter getting burnt at all! Tried PTFE/Teflon, ceramic, granite surfaces, as well as the traditional cast iron stuff. This is the only pan where I was able to cook butter without it getting burned. The vegetables get seared just right, and the butter stays in its oily, fragrant, unburned state. Heat distribution is really good. The actual pots/pans being oven-safe is a big bonus as well.

Happy customer!

I had the opportunity to purchase a set of the Ausker Cooking product when they first came out. It is the best cooking set I have ever purchased, and I have bought many until I found what worked.

I have not had any issues but needed to contact the company and found that the customer service is fantastic. They are quick to respond to correspondence and sent me exactly what I was asking for. I had the opportunity of talking with Miss Erminia, company representative, who was outstanding and took the time to tell me how they have improved the product line.

I honestly believe if anyone were to purchase the Ausker Cooking products they would be extremely happy. It would be a well worth purchase.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,I demand my REFUND

after more than 4 months of waiting to be finally delivered, the delivery company informs me that my order will be delivered on October 12. to be present and not to miss the delivery I therefore remain at my home to wait for the delivery all the day.at the end of the day, around 5 p.m., the delivery company informs me that I will be delivered at 6 p.m. I therefore expect, at past 6 p.m., a new message from the company informs me that finally I will be delivered on October 14 ! I therefore call Fedex, and the person informs me that it is not their fault! that these Ausker who had my package since October 8, and that they did not deliver the package for delivery as scheduled for October 12! I am therefore sending an email to Ausker customer service, because very unhappy to have waited for nothing! as usual it is Erminia who answers, and instead of apologizing for this situation, instead of blaming Ausker or even Fedex, she allows me to answer that she does not appreciate the criticisms that I have just made her ! that if I'm not happy we can stop everything, and get my full refund. so sure of her that I have no need for this cookware that she allows me to blackmail me instead of politely apologizing ! she knew that I would say nothing having needed my battery for which I had waited so long, and paid so dearly! well no! I am not a dog! I paid very dearly almost 400 euros and I do not accept this rude tone of this Mrs. Erminia! the customer here these me! those me who paid a high price and certainly not to be so if can be respected! I therefore replied that since this is how I asked for the total refund! since that's what Erminia suggested to me to do! and strangely since nothing! these the 3rd message that I send to claim my total reimbursement and no longer heard about these people who take their customers for dogs! so oddly, after telling me if you are not happy we see reimbursed and we stop everything, after having said and well see know what, let's go! we stop everything! and you refunded me, no more news! more answers! but I'm not going to stay there! I would not accept delivery of these out of the question because you have been too far in your disrespectful words when you see you are totally wrong! and you are going to rebel me or otherwise it will end in court because it is called stealing! so put me back quickly !!! and keep your merchandise I don't want to hear about your malicious business anymore!!!!

I would like to write to be informed of the dishonest attitude of this company, which has never told me the truth and has acted very badly against me. Responding to my opinion Ermina indicates they have done everything to make it go well, and that we proceed to the full refund. But she forgot to say that it was she who told me if you are not happy we refund you, while the problem came from their delivery with delay because my package was lost! They effectively refunded me after very bad exchanges! Including threats! And during the reimbursement they made sure to make me pay nearly 30 euros in fees! Without ever telling me beforehand! These just as if I had to pay the return charges when the problem came from them! This is all dishonest! Coming to threaten me for not giving my real opinion on what happened is unacceptable! So avoided threatening me otherwise I guarantee that I will file a complaint against your company because I do not have to pay costs because you lost my package! And I don't have to be threatened because your threats are likely to be brought to justice! If you want to go to that, remember to tell the truth about what I do! Threaten these what you do! And the threat that little go very far and you will have to suffer the legal consequences

First of all, when you have PRE-ordered on Indiegogo.com the new cookware collection you were perfectly aware that you have to wait 4 months for the delivery. In the 10 emails exchanged between us in June where you asked me for information on our products before buying it, you also wrote "can be hard to wait until September because the delivery is long but it does not matter".

Secondly, your package was picked up by FedEx from our Italian warehouse on Thursday 8th October and was delivered to you in Paris on Wednesday 14th of October (the day of your review) and you have refused the delivery of the package. 5 business days is completely normal for an international shipping. Even though your shipment at the beginning, has suffered a FedEx internal error with their informative system and for that reason was shipped back to our warehouse on 12th October you have received it regurarly only two days later. Since the beginning when we have noticed that something was going wrong and the package was returning to our warehouse we have done the impossible for your shipment. We have asked many times explanations to FedEx. Since the beginning, all the emails are been tracked and saved and also all the calls we have done are been registered so what I'm writing is only the truth.

Thirdly, I want precisize that you have received your full refund on 27th of October many days before the 14 days required by the European law and even though the package is not still come back to our warehouse and of course this is not usual.

Last but not least, I want say that I always replied to all your emails (20 emails from June until today 29th of October) always quickly, in a kind and helpful way and I don't think I really deserved the tone and offenses you wrote to me only for a missed delivery. Instead, your messages was always full of anger, aggression and threatened. I think your tones were definitely exaggerated, out of place, and excessive for the type of problem you had.

Cura del Cliente con i fiocchi!

Voglio raccontare un'esperienza favolosa appena occorsa con Ausker. Qualche tempo fa abbiamo comprato una batteria di padelle e pentole con coperchi e manichi intercambiabili favolose! Uno di questi manici si incastrava un po' meno bene. forse un piccolo difetto di fabbrica? la questione è che non avevo mai avuto tempo di ragionare su questo piccolo neo, anche perché soddisfatta in generale del prodotto! In questo periodo ho contattato l'assistenza e nonostante fossero trascorsi molti mesi si sono rivelati gentilissimi! Appurato anche con invio di fotografia il piccolo difetto mi hanno subito inviato un altro manico. In tempo record. Assistenza super da 5 stelle! grazie veramente
