The coating is coming off of the grill though I thought this couldn't happen with this product.

At first the pots performed as expected but I started noticing pitting and possibly scratches on the cooking surface. I've always used either wood or plastic spoons with these pans.

The coating of black paint on the outside is very thin. For some reason it is starting to rub off the outer surface.

I have both the pots and pans. Wonderful products, very easy to use and to clean. Zero problems so far!

Ausker products are just great! It met all my expectations, very durable and has not gotten any scratches from the utensils that I use. The only thing that could be improved is the removable rubber handles on the pots, It gets a little hot when cooking, but other than that its a product that will last for years to come. I recommend anyone to buy this product.

I was generally happy with both the pans and the delivery. The pans have held up for about a year now and they still look brand new. I got a set for my son and he loves them, too.

My first experience with Ausker was through Kickstarter for pots/pans and their original knife collection. Initially, I was blown away by the quality. The price point is fair. I had an issue with peeling along a connection point of a handle and they sent me a replacement immediately. Great customer service. As I’ve used the products, I’ve found the coating to fall a little short of my expectations based on their marketing. That being said, it’s performed better than other brands I’ve purchased, and based on the price point, has been a valuable purchase. I do wish it had a slightly higher performance, but it’s difficult to say whether any of the material performance has had any reflection of handling or wash/care by my son or husband. The knives let me down considerably. They are rusting, the handles are cracking, and more. I do treat them harsher than my Wustof Ikon series knives because I wanted the ease of cleaning. I did expect them to perform better, based on how they were advertised. I’d say they are a really great investment if you’re wanting quality better than mediocre but don’t want to pay top dollar for something so nice that you’d be crushed if your significant other ran them through the dishwasher or didn’t handle with care. I have knives that cost more than $100 a piece, I don’t always want to use them (or allow others to use). But, I don’t want knives from Walmart either. Ausker has been a great compromise between quality and price!

I love the Ausker pot and pans, we use them everyday, cook every meal in it. We don't need the other brand pots and pans we have. it's thick and sturdy and distributes the heat around the cookware. Wish they make a bigger pot and a smaller pan for eggs and small frying food items.

I am very pleased with my Ausker products. They are top of the line.

I was very disappointed with the Henckels ceramic frying pans which cost a small fortune but went from non-stick to everything-sticks in a short time. My friend raved about the Ausker frying pans that he bought from the original Kickstarter campaign so I found their website and ordered a pair. A few months down the road and I can report that these pans are awesome. Nothing sticks, there is no burned on residue, cleaning them is so easy. Even better, they are relatively heavy pans that heat evenly and are nice and deep - easy to flip food like the pros without a spatula. Haven't needed the detachable handles yet but they are very solid yet unobtrusive. Best non-stick frying pans I have ever owned

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE!!!! We have tried several others... including the famed copper chef... all junk!!! These are beautiful and resilient, easy to clean and store... The removable handles are a major improvement. The fit and finish is outstanding. The price... absolutely amazing. Go out and get yourself a set and see what you've been missing!

These are fabulous pieces of cookware! I've bought three sets and love using them. Easy to use, easy to clean, conduct heat wonderfully. Couldn't be more pleased. And not having to worry about stacking handles is a super way of helping store them. Great product.
