I love how quickly they heat up and…
I love how quickly they heat up and they are really easy to clean. The finish is coming off the inside top edge of one of the pots and one of the pan. We have been very careful to only use wooden or silicon utensils when cooking. We only use a soft sponge to clean them. I hope the finish doesn't peel down into the interior.

Outstanding pans. The removeable handles are great space savers and allow use in oven and on outdoor grill. So easy to clean, wipe off after use and ready to go for the next gourmet treat.

Issue with the large pot
I found your product design great. However got issue with the large pot, where coating has come of as small blisters, and rendered it unusable, though it was used very few times. Hence surprised and little less confident on the lifespan of the product. Rest of the cookware - the skillets and smaller pot is working fine till now.

Removable handles come dangerously…
Removable handles come dangerously loose and are unreliable and silicon handle covers fall off too easily.

Thank you for your feedback. I can imagine that the inconvenience you have with our handles is very annoying for you. The problem you are reporting is not common at all because our removable bakelite handles have been designed to be comfortable and ergonomic, and they have been tested during many months to resist the intensive every-day use. Did you put the handles into the dishwasher or in the oven? Did they fall? Do you think they accidentally got overheated? About the silicone handles, I must tell you that aluminum is a too good conductor and the handles will become hot no matter how thick the silicone handles are. For this reason, we specify in the paper instruction that silicone handles do not guarantee a safe grip with bare hands after cooking and we recommend to always pay attention and use heat-resistant holders or wear gloves. I am sorry you did not appreciate our design tried to create a perfect combination of comfortable design and high-quality materials. Ho regalato il set di coltelli con ceppo ad un carissimo amico che è al CQ di una azienda che usa acciai particolari.
Mi ha detto che li usa giornalmente (da un anno) e non hanno avuto bisogno di affilatura e che il materiale corrisponde al dichiarato.
Ed ne è contentissimo.

Coating wears out after one year of normal use
Disappointed with the products as the fry pan coating started coming out after just 6 months of normal use. ting is almost gone after 1 year.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had problems with the non-stick coating of your Frying Pan Set. This is not a common problem and I can imagine that this inconvenience was very annoying for you. The deterioration of the non-stick coating can be due to many different factors, like overhealing, aggressive detergent, washing cycles higher than 50°C/122°F, use in the oven at a temperature above 200°C/392°F and, rarely, to a defective coating application. I am sorry you did not write to us, giving us the opportunity to help you. We would have loved to help you by providing you the best support as possible. Easy order experience for a high quality product. Every time I've tried to contact customer service for any reason they've given a prompt and quality response!
My only critique would be that some of their products are more based for a family size and I'd like a single size version. But that's not any reason to think poorly. :-)

All I can say is WOW!
All I can say is WOW!. We've had a set of two saute pans and a square, corrugated (bacon) pan. I bought these Ausker pans in disgust with the Caphalon ceramic pans that went bad 2 mos. after I purchased them. We've had these Ausker pans more than year now and they work just as well today as the day we purchased them. We (I) have used metal utensils, especially on the bacon pan, and they simply continue to perform and resist our use and abuse. If Ausker creates something more, I'll jump on it in a NY second.

I have had my Ausker cookware about 6 weeks now and have enjoyed the results. I really like the lids and their ability to steam and strain water. The removable handles have also been a hit.

This would be five stars if they still did international shipping. It is sad after supporting a company through a crowd funding platform with no problems they refuse to ship internationally. Sad as I love their products.
