Ive waited 4 weeks for a top i ordered…

Ive waited 4 weeks for a top i ordered my son for Christmas it finally arrives and looks nothing like the online photograph.
Their website says free returns if all the original tags are on top - it has none! And please use the convient free returns label in bag again there isn't one!
All reasons for them to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund!
Worst company ever and I've completely wasted my money
Further to this as they have now repiled i had already contacted them before this reply i contacted them many times and they have refused a refund as apparently they dont give refunds 'for changes of mind' which isn't stated clearly on the website before you order so please dont waste your money like I did because if you dont like the item when it eventually arrives or it doesn't fit they will NOT refund you or agree to a return.

Was not the product l thought l was…

Was not the product l thought l was getting. It looked very cheap and cost over $70 now finding same lines on other websites for $10. They refused a refund as they said the product was as stated. Though website said a refund can be offered 14days after arriving

The item I ordered was a bell for…

The item I ordered was a bell (Witch Bell) for outdoor use, when it arrived it was low quality. Nothing like the description. The bell hardly makes a noise & the whole thing is very light weight....not the brass it said...more like plastic painted to look like brass. Ripped off for $80 STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Aussie tactix is a scam

Aussie tactix is a scam. I bought some wet weather gear which never arrived. They have it on system that it was delivered but it wasnt. They apparently used Amarex to deliver parcel but there is no way of contacting Amarex to find out where it is. I've requested a refund as I have not recieved said package but thye refuse. It's been well over a month now and it looks like I'll be losing out on $150. screw Aussie Tacitix, stay well away from them.

Inferior product - smaller size than advertised

The size of the Medium denim dress was 88cm not 100cm as advertised on their website. Quality and look of the dress was inferior to the picture too. Company would not give me a full refund. Offered 2/3. Would not pay for the return! This company is in China not Australia as you may think by the name.
Their reply just reinforces their rip off approach. A dress said to be 100cm at the bust, measures 12cm less..that is not an accurate or fair representation. And then not take responsibility by excusing it or paying for the return postage is unfair consumer practice. I suggest no one trust this enterprise.

I’d rate 0 stars if I could

I’d rate 0 stars if I could. I’m someone who would sweep anything under the rug or blame myself for ordering the wrong thing. But I bought a Jack Daniels whiskey advent calendar for my partner for Christmas and read it thoroughly. Originally marked for $240AUD and it was for sale for $80. Mini whiskey you’d think? No! I received almost 3 weeks later a plastic wrapped tray in box of shrunken plastic, barely legible miniature images of whiskey. Why would anyone pay $240 for that unless you were trying to scam them? Being told now that I’m in the wrong and it clearly stated the exact product, but has since been removed from the website, and on top of that cannot be refunded due to the fact 2 doors of the advent were opened, because isn’t that what you’d do with an advent calendar?

This should be a zero rating. I ordered the perfume advent calendar and received plastic cutouts that were not even printed properly. They came with a length of string to hang on the Christmas tree. Due on 2nd December, after many emails it arrived on the 17th. I have complained to them and as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ have offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. They are delusional if they think I would buy ANYTHING from them again! I have asked for a photo of the advertisement stating the calendar had cutouts only. I paid $89.95 for their crap 😡

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Got sent a used item. They won’t refund with return. Day light robbery charging $129 sale on item to $89 when the product costs $12 to purchase.

Fake tracking codes and overall scam

They charged me for an item, told me it was on the way and sent a tracking code. After a week I checked the tracking and it didn't work. I emailed them and got 2 auto-reply messages saying they'd get back to me but I never heard. Two weeks later I emailed again and got the same response. On my third email attempt they finally replied saying the item was sold out and they have issued a refund. Seems that they're taking people's money and faking the shipping details until they complain enough to get a refund.

what an absolute scam..i bought 4…

what an absolute scam..i bought 4 fragrance events calendars which said you can choose a different smell every day from your favorite fragrances. after the reviews i rang my bank and told them it was a scam i got my money back !!!!! i got the items which were tiny pictures of the perfumes .....they are going in the bin !!!!!!!!! this company is based in Belgium apparently. thieving bastards !!!!

Seriously, you will get the goods a lot cheaper, quicker and better quality if you go to your local $2 shop!

It's absolutely scam. Just a joke. I requested refund, but received rejection. Items does not look luxury its absolutely a joke. Wast of money. I do not recommend buying from that shop. Has anyone complained to consumer guarantees agency's?
