Wish I could give less than 1 star. It’s a complete scam, they send you a product which is nothing like the one advertised and then refuse a refund. They also use fake trust pilot reviews on there website which feel like something that shouldn’t be legal?

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Biggest scam ever. I ordered a Formula 1 Advent Calendar and paid $79.95 (supposedly reduced from over $200). What an absolute joke. So small, covered in flimsy gladwrap. I thought that I was going to receive F1 figurines, but I got cheap, plastic cutouts that are supposed to hang on a christmas tree. So small and you need to attach your own string. In my opinion, not even worth $5 at a discount shop. Lesson learnt here - ALWAYS CHECK ONLINE REVIEWS - Absolute rip-off.

MISLEADING.....READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING....Never buy from this company!!
I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering a shirt from this website. I ordered the $95 shirt for a party 1 week prior and thinking the company was in Melbourne as promoted that I would receive it in time. I followed them up 2 days before the party as the tracking was showing the order hadn't even been processed. Received an auto response stating they would get back to me within 24hrs. Emailed them again 2 days later. Over a week later they finally responded simply stating the order had been shipped. I received the shirt 2 weeks after ordering. The shirt had 2 of the 7 buttons missing which made it unwearable. I sent photos of the shirt & missing buttons and requested a full refund. They offered me a 5% ($4.75) refund and I could keep the shirt...yay! This wouldn't be enough to even buy the 2 missing buttons. They advised their 'back-end team' had reviewed the matter and I could return the shirt to China for a full refund (based on other reviews there was a high chance I would return the shirt and never receive a refund) or receive a 20% ($19) refund and to keep the shirt which was my only option. I now need to take the shirt to a tailoring company to add the two buttons so it is wearable however it's been such a disappointing experience I think I will sell it on marketplace once I spend the time and money fixing it.
In my opinion the website and online store should be pulled down to prevent these fraudsters from trading any further.

Company exploits buyers and is NOT Australian
I purchased luxury perfume advent calendars x2.. I was absolutely appalled at what I received I paid over $180Au for tiny peices of plastic that in my opinion would be an exaggerated value of $20.
Not miniature perfumes which the price at a Black Friday discount would suggest.
The advertising of this item is deceptive and misleading there is nothing luxury and the quality is inferior. I contacted Aussietactix expressing the advertising as extortion and the price exorbitant although polite in their reply they refused any compensation other than a laughable offer of a 20% discount on my next purchase, the items were most unsatisfactory, only fit for the trash can. This has been my worse online purchase in my entire life due to deception in misleading advertising of an item.
My trust in Aussietactix has been severely damaged and I will never use their platform for future purchases.
I hope this helps to warn others not to fall into the same trap as I did, especially with the current financial climate and every dollar spent on gifts should be just that not a immediate contribution to landfill.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Firstly it was difficult to get an eta, links linked to links kept me going round dead ends until I reached a dead end when it came to tracking the gift. Then when it arrived I thought surely this should be bigger, instead of a whisky advent calendar with tasting samples I got an advent calendar of little plastic tokens of whisky bottles wtf is all I could think. This is why I generally stick to named brands. Don’t buy from this site you never know what the heck you’ll get.

Completely misleading product deacription. The product description stated that the calendar contained perfumes. What I received instead contained only cardboard cut-outs and no fragrances at all. For almost $100!

I wasn’t really expecting these joggers…
I wasn’t really expecting these joggers to become my favourite thing to wear, but honestly they surprised me. The fabric feels properly soft in that cosy way and not like cheap fleece. I washed them twice already and they still kept their shape. I keep reaching for them every morning without thinking. Definitely getting another colour soon.

I have received the wall clock today, half an hour ago. The clock displayed on your website does not match the one I received. For $95, I received a piece of crap. Please check the attached photo of the clock displayed on your website and the one I received.
For $95, I received a clock worth $5 that I could find better in Kmart.

Aussie Named, Not Aussie Based
For a company whos name includes the word ‘Aussie’ and promotes themselves as an Australian brand based in Melbourne, i found it problematic that my order was being shipped from China. Meaning the whole reason i purchased from an Australian based company became redundant when i experienced lengthy wait times to receive my order. If you’re trying to buy locally for quick delivery you’re in for a rude surprise. Although the product quality was lovely and very comfortable it was lost on the fact it was too small. Sizing runs small, so if you’re usually a 39 make sure to order a 40. And although they claim to have a 30 day return policy remember you’re now going to be paying to send it overseas not just interstate. They didn’t advertise that at checkout. So just be mindful before you check out, that you have purchased the correct size and you don’t need them in a hurry.
