I bought a jacket as a gift. The jacket itself was lovely. I bought a size large for my partner - usually he is an M. It was WAY too small. 2 possibly 3 sizes. They advertise the goods can be returned for refund or exchange. After many emails they eventually offered me a 50% discount on the next item!!! And I had to post it back to China. Interesting as I’ve just got another email advertising this ‘Australian’ business. Had to give it away. Very disappointing birthday gift to say the least.

I can say this is a scam website. Placed the order by mistake and advise the customer one minute later. Requested to cancel this order and also request not to charge me. No one reply and confirmed. They still post the bag . It is very bad service !! Be careful at this website if you want to buy something! We also reported this website to scam watch department at australia!!

If I could give 0 it would be 0. Terrible product. Drop shipped crap from China that isn’t as advertised. Terrible after sales service requesting I spend more money with them as “compensation” they offer just vouchers for their own stuff up.
The only saving grace in my whole experience was my card company backing me up and crediting back the charge based on my back and forth with this dodgy company.
Avoid at all costs. Do not believe a word on the website. They do not honour the 30 day returns guarantee or any other guarantee from the site. They shield themselves from fraud cases by basing in Europe and making it almost impossible for local authorities to pursue.

Ordered jacket, jacket came, doesn't even look like the one that was purchased, quality is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't even let My dog sleep on it. The items were misrepresented (material and quality), and the refund was refused. The items had not left their bags, have tags on and are in the same condition they arrived in. Now the company is not responding to me. They are not abiding by their own refund policy or ACL.
