Refused a refund

I bought suede boots that were too big. I immediately returned them and had to pay $40 to send back as this is not an Aussie company - it’s located in China. Company refused to refund my money, which is illegal claiming I breached 30 day return policy. It’s a total scam and do t buy from here - very dishonest and shoddy customer service. Throwing money away.

Totally scam,

Totally scam,, I bought a dress,,it’s not worth for the price I paid,,I requested a refund,,, for refund the address I received is in China,,, I went to post office for a return,, it was costing me nearly $30 for a normal delivery,,, and they want me to do recorded delivery with a tracking number which is more expensive,,, it is really frustrating

Scam

Scam, scam, scam!! Don not buy from this comment. What I ordered was a lively denim dress. What came was a hacked up dress in 3 sizes too big with tags sewn on the front of dress where instead of the back. Definitely a Temu special. What a rip off!! Wish I could add a photo.

Wrong size

The item I received was at least three sizes too small, yet marked as an XL. No response from attempts at contact. No return address on the package. Looks their tactics are dishonest!

Got the idea the 'shop' was Australian…

Got the idea the 'shop' was Australian and located in Melbourne - no local contact number should have been red flag. Got item took longer than expected - the quality is atrocious - will probably wear a few times before it disintegrates. Really misleading . Never again.

Great grip, even better comfort

So, the hiking shoes; very solid grip, no question there. Just a tiny bit snug with my thick socks, which is on me for not sizing up. Still super comfortable once I got walking. Love how secure the soles feel on wet trails. They’ll definitely get plenty of use.

A ghost store

A ghost store. There is no shop front in Melbourne.
The address and phone number given under contact on website is residential in Belgium.
My order shipped direct from China, and was a cheap, vastly inferior and significantly varied imitation of the photographed items on site.
29/1/2026 .. having had a response trying to explain all in their fine print.. yet admitting no shopfront in Melbourne and that they are just an overseas market intermediary,..
I stand by my assessment of being a ghost store. If they aren’t in Melbourne they should not have a website with fake images of a Melbourne shop, and as for product images vs what you will get, be warned..

Brand jacking liars!

Only giving one star because I at least received something. I cannot believe a business "operates" the way they do. I order a product based off the appearance - plot twist I was deceived. It was obviously a stolen image used to create traffic aiming at a specific range of people. It was what I can only describe at made in youth sizes. And after attempting to contact this company they stretched out conversations just long enough that I missed the 30 day period for refunds and exchanges in which case, you guessed it, it was now out of their hands. I loathe dishonest people, but I cannot stand businesses who operate in a narcissist manner of dishonesty.

Beware

Beware: They do not accept exchanges of items on size/fit. I have never experienced any company that does not accept such exchanges - I wasn't asking for a refund but a simple size exchange and was severally refused via email with no explanation.

Yes, the items did arrive. (that is my one star) but useless to my needs. Items not as described or shown in the picture. measurements of couch covers completely inaccurate. not an Australian company.

Just waist of money and time I purchased 2 items and they don’t fit there is no difference in the size weather XL or 2XL
My size always IS XL but with this brand it will not work , extremely disappointing shouldn’t be on line google must shutdown .

This is a scam

This is a scam. Bought some shoes. Too small. Asked for an exchange and they say they don’t do exchanges or refunds even though their website has a 30 day returns policy. Instead they offered me 30% off my next purchase. Now I have shoes that I can’t use.
