I had a consultation in January with them in Adelaide for Visa 491. The guy seemed to know less than I did from simply reading the Department for Home Affairs website! The lady on the phone (who was very challenging to understand) assured me they could give me professional advice to allow me to pursue my application. But the reality is the whole set up is designed to make money, not to help you. My first appointment I had was a sales pitch. I later tried to follow up for advice, but after confirming an appointment I was texted it 'may' be cancelled because they don't support independent applications. Didn't even bother calling to say they 'may' cancel it. Simply, they do not give professional advice because they want to press submit and take your money. Its cheap for a reason. Don't bother wasting your time and money with Aussizz.

I contacted Aussizz Group with an enquiry about an Australian visa and was asked to fill out a form, which I completed and sent back promptly. After that, I received no response. I had to keep following up with a representative named Trupika, who repeatedly said she would get back to me—but never did. This went on for weeks, wasting my time and leaving me completely in the dark.

Eventually, after chasing again, I was told:
“Your profile is not suitable for a visa to Australia.”
No explanation. No proper advice. Just a vague and dismissive response.

I knew this wasn’t right, so I contacted another migration agency. They reviewed my profile and confirmed I am in fact fully eligible for the visa I enquired about. The contrast in service was night and day.

Aussizz Group gave me nothing but delays, poor communication, and incorrect advice. I genuinely don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews—it makes you question their credibility.

Scammers. Don't give them any cash money, they will disagree later. Always take documents for any transaction or ask for receipt. Thank me later guys!

I’ve done my application for a sponsorship direct entry (186) with them, they are the one who offer me this solution, thanks a lot compare to some other lawyers.
They maybe sometimes ask me to send them the same document again and again, that will be the only negative point.

I have been on called with different reception of this company multiple time for the past 3 days, and without fail they have hung up on me for no apparent reasons. Either they will say that they are going to transfer me to the student department and I will be transferred to a voicemail or they just hang up on me mid-conversation.
