Ausstech Holdings Pty Ltd Avis 

We ordered a Beach Rider on 7th August and it hasn’t arrived. We couldn’t get any info on tracking and an email said our purchase was fulfilled. This is our second purchase from Ausstech, the first was lost in transit and only the battery arrived after two weeks and the bike followed weeks later after we chased it up every other day. It seems the same has happened again. You might consider changing carriers as they are giving your company a bad name. Good product seriously lousy service!!!

Bike was provided with no charger (nor warranty info, manual etc).

One week after notifying them, still no charger. As the intent was for this to be my primary mode of transport, I am a bit stuck. Mostly because without the horn or lights functioning without electricity, the bike is not safe if there is no charge.

The service and chat function was really efficient when pre sale, delivery of the bike was within 24-48 hours of payment, as soon as the sale was made the responsiveness plummeted.

I wish I didn't do this online. I'd recommend going to a store so that you can resolve issues promptly.

Ordered the AX7 scooter and was shipped swiftly and arrived without issue. Scooter performs well and works as advertised.

Very happy with the bike and delivery time but could do with a manual.

Ordered 2 bikes (a Monster and a Beach Rider) a week ago, and just put them together. This morning we did the first 20k's. The delivery was quick and faster than expected.

Our bikes came with the free mudguards, luggage rack and rechargeable pump. We chose a foldable bike so they'd fit in the back of the 4wd without having to mount a bike rack.

First Impression: good! The bikes seem solidly built, easy to ride and have an acceptable price.

On my normal MTB I could not have done what I can do with the monster (peddle like 20km/h+ on the beach for a few km's)!

Putting them together: I guess some people might need/want some sort of a manual/instruction to put them together, but in general if you have a screw driver and Allen keys (4 and 5mm) the job is simple.

Bit of experimenting with the settings and response of the e-motor and eg the pressure for the fat tires as you need to figure out how to make the ride to my liking. Part of the fun! On top: Youtube is your friend and if you want to learn how to operate and make full use of the M5 e-bike display/controller simply google it.

The American Lectric folding bike XP series is almost identical to the beach rider and there's tons of info on them on the net. Things like "walk mode" (these bikes are not the lightest, so if you want to push them up a ramp this is useful) are quite handy and I didn't find these tricks/options on the Aussstech website.

After the first ride I checked and retightened all bolts/nuts again - which was necessary. I have used loctite to secure the handlebar screws as all 4 came loose.

I look forward to making lots of miles on the new bikes!

I found Ausstec very good to deal with. They spent time answering all my questions. Unfortunately I had a serious bike accident on the very day I ordered my new bike!. This put me in the position of having to
to cancel my order with Ausstec. They responded quickly to my request for a refund. I can highly recommend Ausstec to anyone wanting to purchase an electric bike.

Product folding pedals eventually arrived , by couriers please. Product all good, time taken to arrive is poor . Aus post would have been quicker.

Slow delivery despite excessively expensive delivery charges. I received a package from Europe quicker for half the delivery costs.
