I’m very happy with the cover and service provided by AU. They call back in a timely manner and you are speaking to a person in Australia. It’s easy to make a claim via their app and they pay quickly.

I have been a member since 2013 and have found on the whole they provide a good reliable cover and service. I have found their call centre staff really genuinely caring, helpful and reassuring.
