Absolutely useless company and not worth buying from.

I ordered some brake rotors and pads over a month ago after being told the lead time was two weeks, so I went ahead with the order. After three weeks, I called to find out what was going on and was told that the order had been put on hold for some reason, but that the parts were ready to be shipped and would be sent via express due to the delay.

I called back the next day as I still hadn’t received a tracking number. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes before someone else picked up the phone, with no idea why I had been put on hold. I was then told there was a note saying my order was supposed to have been shipped the previous day via express, but they were now telling me there was no stock and that they would be issuing me a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I will not be buying from them again, either online or otherwise.

Hard to leave feedback yet, ive only ordered today. Can give more accurate score once item delivered, but so far the process has been easy & good communication.

Great service, the correct products were sent out really fast! I ordered mid morning and got my order two days later. I might have just gotten lucky with my purchase but the price was phenomenally cheaper than anywhere else. The products were well packed and in mint condition when they arrived.
I will certainly come back to Automotive Superstore when I need something next time!

It definitely looked good but it didn’t fit my motor I ordered this for an early Chev engine and mine does not have holes in the end of the heads
The heads are off a 327 HK Monaro

Showing in stock when purchased and it took 8 days (6 business days) for the package to be ready to be picked up be Aust post. Now I have to wait about a week for it to come in the post.

Automotive Superstore customer service has completely deteriorated over the last few orders, with my recent experience being the last straw… Ordered a Condenser and set of Front / Rear Brake Pads with confirmation they were correct ones via the whole Rego Plate vehicle parts checker. This was on Monday 15/6 and expected delivery was quoted as 2-3 days which was good as needed them that weekend. After 2 weeks of chasing and taking 2-3 days to respond every enquiry they finally turned up on Tuesday 30/6 !! Went to fit the Brake Pads and they were the WRONG ones for my car despite showing as correct on website. Had to source alternative Pads as car was now apart and needed Pads same day… After weeks of back and forth emails with a response from Auto Superstore taking a MINIMUM 2-3 days each time, I posted the Return to them on 31/7 and they received it back on 7/8 - and ALL correspondence to them stated I wanted a FULL REFUND for these parts. It is now 7/9 (1 FULL MONTH) later and I am still chasing Auto Superstore for the Refund ! At least 3 times I have had a reply from them saying “we have received your request for a Refund, are you sure you don’t want other parts or a store credit instead of a refund ?” - to which I have to reply “NO - JUST REFUND ME THE MONEY AS REQUESTED!” And of course the usual 2-3 days minimum delay between each response from them… Unbelievably poor customer service and complete lack of response to a simple refund request with some pretty dodgy “bait and switch / deflect” tactics to delay payment… Purchase from Automotive Superstore at your own risk and good luck if (when?) it goes wrong….

The prices were excellent, the range is huge, i love that you can input your cars make and model and it will give you what will fit on your car. For this purchase it was windscreen wiper blades. The process was easy and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this to my family and friends.
