I ordered an item and it was delivered broken

I ordered an item and it was delivered broken. I have messaged the person on whatsapp and emailed their customer services. It cost me another £14 to return the item and they havent refunded anything. Item was received last week and no communications since. Awful service would not recommend.

Scammers!!! They told me I would need new jets for my washer wipers which will cost £90. I went to my cousin who is a mechanic and he just connected the tubes back together and the washer wipers are in perfect working condition. Now, I cannot trust anyone at this place again. I would give ZERO STARS

I always take my van here and these guys will always go that extra mile to help Inc Saturdays
My van had MOT and I'm delighted a few things needed doing ..they called me before hand to ensure I was ok with it and then got a message to say all completed ...
Fantastic lady in reception to always sort queries out too.

Avoid them. False advertising about unlocked functions and several other issues

Main complaint:
I bought a Tesla model 3 which was advertised as having self-driving. I specifically asked them to confirm that it had full self driving. They did so.

When I received the car I asked the delivery man about the self-driving and auto-parking and he said he didn’t know how to use it.

Having already had the dealer confirm that FSD was unlocked in the software, I paid the balance (which turned out to be the full price, as it turned out that the £200 deposit was actually just for delivery) gave the delivery driver a lift to the station (he drove it to deliver it, rather than use a trailer).

I then took the car home to inspect it and found that FSD was not unlocked.

Not only did the advert advertise the car as “self driving autopilot”, but I asked by text (didn’t get a response by text but the dealer called me to confirm).

The dealer then said it had “self driving autopilot” several times after I’d paid for it before admitting that it didn’t and saying I must have misunderstood or be confused because, he said, FSD isn’t available in the UK. Of course a quick google search shows this not to be the case.

They offered to take the car back, but I’ve already insured it for a year and am awaiting the registration documents, and just want them to deliver what they advertised (ie unlock FSD) but he pointed out how much that would cost (£6800) and complained that he only made £400 profit on the car (neither of which are my fault).

I specifically bought this car despite it having more miles on the clock than others on Autotrader because it was advertised as having FSD, so have reported this to Autotrader and am going to go to trading standards as it’s a clear case of false advertising.

I notice that another person has complained about being misled in their review, and not only was I clearly misinformed about this, but:
Issue 2) I saw marks on the skirting in one of the pictures and asked them to check whether they were dirt or scratches and they said there were no scratches.

On inspection there were scratches and when I raised this (again by text, and he called back by phone) and they said it could be fixed just with a £10 paint pen (completely missing the point, but I was willing to let that one go).

Other issues include 3) that the rear lights and 4) some of the camera enclosures were misted (they insisted that this is common with Teslas, which is again beside the point). 5) there were also some marks on the interior light coloured material such as the sun visor (not shown in pictures), and wooden dash panel. 6) the tyre service was 8000 miles overdue, and 7) the car itself had 1000 more miles on it than the advert, so god know what else they might find when I take it to Tesla.

I also had a warning come up about the charging latch, though that may have been because I set up a schedule, the dealer said he had charged it 10 mines while it was with him, but seeing as how the advert is only 4 days old, I’m not sure how accurate this is, though that might explain the extra 1000 miles on the clock. As the dealer has lost my trust I obviously still need to get it checked out by Tesla,

Maybe I should get it returned, but I’m going to see what Autotrader and trading standards say, as I’d rather they just pay for the unlock of the functions they advertised and cover anything which didn’t come up in their due diligence checks (eg misting) as this should have either been fixed or at least declared on the advert/pictures, rather than telling me that there weren’t any scratches.

The dealer insinuated that I should have known that it didn’t have FSD due to the price, but one of the images said it has £10,000 of extras.

This company are shocking sold me a product that doesn’t work now don’t answer the phone or messages , being in london means it’s to far to visit . Do not use this company under any circumstances. Speaking to my credit card company to draw the money back.

I would never give anybody a bad…

I would never give anybody a bad review,ever but this place is shocking,I can see why it only has 1 star and I should of checked it out before i went, the guy did literally nothing got paid for doing NOTHING,doesn't answer his phone,terrible terrible service, STAY AWAY,I just don't understand people like this,trying to make a quick few bob,disgusting carry on,use this garage at your peral,made me so angry,took a few days to think about giving this place a review but there you go.

scammers who pretend to help you finding your stolen vehicle

They pretend to be a company who can hack cctv in order to find your stolen vehicle but they are just scammers!
They have different ig profiles. Made me pay 200£ With paypal after said they already knew were the bike was. After that he said they didn’t receive the money so i had to send by cryptocurrency which obviously i didn’t do so they blocked me…
