Booked a test drive...car sold from under me!
Booked a test drive...car sold to others while I was there, filling in paperwork! This shouldn't happen. Staff (Imogen and Cameron) were fabulous. Apologetic, and as helpful as they could be...but no other cars on site that I was interested in. It was the system that failed, not the people.

The staff were great from the receptionist on our first arrival. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all, explained everything about the car we were looking at. We had a great deal part exchanging our old car and the new one having been valeted and throughly cleaned and brought up to showroom standard. An easy and pleasant experience thank you.

Just seen that my last review was deleted, not sure why as it was 100% true? Anyway I will skip most of the details of why I had the worst experience at a dealoship in over 30 years of car buying so they will not get this deleted. I went to buy two Tesla's on that day, one for my wife and myself. They were not great but I can tell you the shockingly low PX price they offered for one car I was trading in a few months back, I just bought the first Tesla from Carsa that was a better price than available car, but also they gave me £3500 more PX so saved a fortune. Basically get a PX price from Carsa online for the same car and see also how much better value the cars they sell are. Also amazing standard of service. I had a 5 star service and will return.

WAITING!!!

Purchased a Fiat 500e for my mother
Purchased a Fiat 500e for my mother, we had to wait over 1hr 30mins from the arranged 3pm collection time. Apparently at around 3.15pm they noticed some lacquer was coming off, they said this would take 30mins to rectify and dry. On top of that, the week before when I purchased the vehicle I was told that it would be at least 80% charged, it was only 34% charged. I raised this issue and was told I would receive a ‘goodwill’ cheque for £20 even though they had my bank details. I’m still waiting to receive the aforementioned cheque.

From the first day Brandon and Ravi were very warm and answered all my questions patiently.
The staff on the phone are always ready to listen, support and revert to you if needbe.
On the handover day, the handover staff (I forgot his name) was super brilliant during the handover process. He gave me time to inspect the car and asked if I had any concerns. A very kind young man.

Definitely a no frills car supermarket
The positives of Available Car are that you are left to browse the cars at your leisure which are mostly all open making it easy to take your time and look at as many cars as you'd like to. The staff are all very polite and helpful. Prices seem reasonably competitive with other similar car supermarkets. The negatives are that it is definitely a no frills kind of place. There is absolutely no negotiation on price. You are also left alone for several minutes several times once you do enter the process of talking to staff about a car. There were quite a few people just left sitting at desks waiting for a member of staff to come back. When we collected the car, there were no mats inside the car. Barely any fuel and one of the keys was low battery. There was also a hard sell on buying an extended warranty.
