Terrible company, they only want you to sign up to ridiculous long term contracts which they make almost impossible to get out of, continually rolling over contracts for another 5 year term, then expect you to pay almost £20,000 to be released from it. We have zero communication with them, they do nothing to help in terms of HR. They expect contracts to be terminated in writing! When our contract was signed it was not fully understood and now we are tied down for a further 5 years as there is no reminder sent that your contract is up for renewal, absolute con!

Morag Thomson of Avensure has been very helpful in listening to the points I have had and provided me with very helpful guidance how to look after a particular member of staff whilst also ensuring we aren't allowing neglect and slippage over an un-effective period of employment. Everything has been dealt with efficiently and correctly!

The service has been helpful and advisor has been great to deal with, however the advice has been a little confusing at times as it has been ambiguous rather than saying definitively 'you must do x'. Ideally just want to be directed as to exactly what procedures/protocols MUST be followed legally rather than what is just deemed as 'best practise'.

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Avensure. Our consultant Jane Pierce has been very helpful in advising us on contractual legislation with the new employment laws that have come into force. She has been very efficient in updating the necessary documentation required and has responded to any questions we have had very promptly.
