Contacted Avensure for HR advise, received a very prompt response and excellent advice. Great all round service with very friendly & knowledgeable advisors

We are a small business with 16 employees who are 4 years into a 5 year HR contract with Avensure. We will not be renewing.
Despite what they will tell you Avensure are first and foremost an insurance company, covering you for losses should you end up in a tribunal. The upshot of this is that they are primarily focussed on the risk to themselves rather than actually providing practical solutions to your real-world problems. If you don't follow their procedures you are not covered but following their procedures will require hours, even days, of your time dragging issues out for weeks in a way which actually make the situation worse. Everything is template driven with no attempt to tailor to your specific company's needs and you end up wondering exactly what you are paying for. All in all it makes for a very frustrating and demoralising experience. I would definitely advise small business owners to avoid.

Good, Calm and Comprehensive Guidance
As with many employment situations it can be a difficult time with emotions running high. Amanda at Avensure is able to give you a calm and sensible viewpoint on your situation and then give good solid advice on where to progress next.

My experience with Avensure has been extremely positive. Morag has worked really well with me and has always been open, approachable and easily contactable whenever we have needed support.
The advice we have received has been professional, prompt and, most importantly, strong and clear. Where we have had legal or employment-related issues to navigate, I have felt confident in the guidance provided and that we have been given practical advice on the best way forward.
Having one dedicated point of contact has also been a real benefit. Morag has developed an understanding of our organisation and the issues we are dealing with, which makes communication much easier and means we aren't having to repeatedly explain the background to different advisors.
Overall, I am really happy with the service. Communication has been excellent, responses have been timely, and the quality of the advice provided has been consistently solid and professional.
