We asked a question, recieved a concise incisive answer - plus the Documentation instruction, within minutes of the call. A few actions to help us resolve an employment issue we were not able to able to tackle. Alfie had the answers and process and we recieved an amicable resignation from the employed person who worked for two days before ghosting and no show. Having gone through the advised process we are now able to re-appoint and fill the position.
