He is an asset to the Avensure team and its a pleasure working alongside him. It's extremely reassuring to know Jay is at the end of the phone/email whenever we may need him.

Very Concise advice, and full understanding of the matters we wanted advice upon

I only give one star as there is no option to give zero stars. As with all insurance policies they are great to have when needed. Avensure is good at making promises but have a startling inability to contact clients back when repeatedly calling in to register a potential claim. This is not the first time or an isolated example. Please consider other options before signing up as they really are disappointing and very unprofessional.

Our experience with Avensure has always been really positive. We have never had to chase them, they have always called us back and followed up with an email.
They are a wealth of knowledge which is much appreciated when situation can feel a bit sticky.

I would like to mention Samuel Thompson who has always been a pleasure to talk to and brings a sense of calm to a situation that you might already be feeling anxious about.
