The advice offered was clear and precise which was communicated very well, I don't feel that David could of done anymore for me throughout the duration of the call, when dealing with some sensitive HR issues that I do from time to time, this service adds real value to my business.

Always accessible on the phone to answer questions. Happy to help, although sometimes can be a delay getting advice as they check legality of issues but I am understanding of this.
