Ordered a pair of loafers. Delivery took twice as long as stated. When shoes arrived, they not only were cheap looking, they were also 3 sizes larger than what I’d ordered. When I contacted via email to request returns process, I was offered 30% refund and the keep the shoes!! Having pushed for a full refund, they agreed but stated they were currently experiencing a technical issue that prevented them from processing the refund through your original payment method. They asked me to provide my bank details so we can arrange the payment. Following a series of chasing emails, every email bounced back thereafter. In the end I contacted my bank for assistance to recover my money!
DO NOT RISK ORDERING THROUGH THIS COMPANY…

Tried to return items, by emailing and sending messages and they haven’t bothered to reply to my email.

Avoid.

SCAM. I ordered on the 13th of April after 2 weeks they still hadn’t sent my order. I asked for an update and they said they were monitoring it. After 3 weeks I asked to cancel my order and issue me a refund. They then stopped answering my emails. Didn’t receive my order or get my money back

I brought a duffel bag , completely different to the images , the design and quality overall was horrendous. Parts were missing . It took months to come. I requested a full refund and they approved 25% then 50% then a full refund after a lot of back and forth. I chased for weeks for this refund which I never got and they’ve now blocked me. Save yourself the time and money . The products are second hand and the bad reviews are very genuine .

And the return is very difficult as their support email address for returns is not working and keeps bouncing back!

Absolutely awful. Product nothing as pictured on website. Cheap quality. Poor design. Pathetic customer service.

Do not buy. Sub standard goods, wait a month to receive item then get offered a partial refund. Then get blocked on email and no refund.

Averlyno uses an overseas supplier to send cheap clothes, definately not designer or high quality. The coat that I received was materially different from what was shown on their website and was an inferior product. When contacted they offered a parial refund and only after much back and forth, after saying that I was going to my bank to do a charge-back did they relented and refunded me.

At the time that I ordered their website had a fake version of trustpilot reviews. This has now dissapeared.

In summary don't use this website, if you like fast cheap fasion then there are alternatives with prices to match and if you like good quality clothes then use a reputable company.

Should’ve been impressed the packaging was super neat and the clothes were true to size which is a good because mostly brands the clothing doesn’t fit Me very well so I’m very impressed

They didn’t even put the correct address and when confronted they block me from contacting them.

Man, I’m super impressed. The packaging was neat and the clothes smelled super fresh not like that weird warehouse smell. And everything fits true to size, which is definitely a win so I will be ordering again

I’m not gonna lie I was kind of scared ordering online but this website slapped. The delivery was fast and the outfit fits me perfectly which never happens when I order clothes online. 👍

I ordered a blazer for a work event and I am In love with it !! It fits so well and the fabric is so comfortable. I got so many compliments on the outfit so I’ll be adding mote items to my basket 🤪

I bought an outfit now that we’re going into spring and the fabric was very thick and comfortable but also not too heavy so I’m definitely gonna be wearing this throughout spring

My order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, only to find the shorts I’d purchased had multiple issues. I ordered size 32” waist but these were way too big for me so I measured them and they were more like 34” -35”. The quality was really poor with substandard stitching, the zips were cheap and were tough to use smoothly and also now the advertised price of the shorts is now £15 a pair cheaper on the website ! I’ve sent 4 emails to their “support” email address but never get a reply. This company is shipping cheap and nasty products from China which take ages to arrive and are at a poor quality - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - terrible service and poor products.

Not London at all, items shop from china. Poor quality, these people should be investigated !

Ordered a dress form this place thinking it was a ligit online shop only to find they dropship from china, took weeks for item to arrive and came in the usual grey scrunched up plastic bag for China with another label stuck on top of it, wrong colour size and claimed it was a famous brand when it's only a cheap Chinese knock off and a bad one at that paper thin made of umbrella material by the looks of it AVOID👎😠
